A warm welcome (back) to the Amity community! 💛💙

Last Thursday, our school community came together for our Welcome (Back) BBQ! It was wonderful to see new and returning families, students and staff connecting, catching up and enjoying the good food together.

Events like these are a lovely opportunity to strengthen the connections that make our school community so special and to help our newest families feel at home.

It was wonderful to welcome our families back to school for our annual Meet the Tutor events this week! 💛

The events provided a valuable opportunity for families to meet Tutors, Heads of House and teachers, while strengthening the partnership between our school, students and families.

Through open communication and collaboration, we can support every student’s academic progress, participation and wellbeing—helping them feel known, connected and ready to thrive.

Introducing Computing at Amity! 💻✨

This academic year we are excited to launch Computing as a new subject for students from PY4 to MY4, which marks an important step in digital learning development across our school.

Through Computing, students will go beyond simply just using technology to understanding, questioning and creating with it. They will develop skills in coding, computational thinking and digital systems, while strengthening creativity, logical thinking and problem-solving.

As part of our wider Digital Strategy, this is another step towards preparing confident, creative and responsible digital learners. 🚀

Giving our uniforms a second life!🪴

A huge thank you to all the parents and staff who donated, volunteered and supported our second-hand uniform sale this morning!

Together, we’re not only giving our uniforms a new home, but also recycling for the planet — reducing waste and making our school community a little more sustainable. ♻️🌍

Thank you for making it a success! 💚

And just like that, we’re back! 💛

The Academic Year 2026–2027 started off with familiar as well as new faces, warm reunions and plenty of excitement as our students and staff returned to Amity after the summer break. ✨

There is always something special about the first day back – catching up with friends and colleagues, welcoming new members of our community, and seeing our school come to life again.

We’re excited for everything this new school year will bring and for all the moments, big and small, that will shape the year ahead!

A warm welcome to the newest members of our community! 💛

Last Friday, we welcomed students who are new to our school, together with their families, for our Introduction Day. It was a lovely opportunity for students to get to know their new surroundings, meet their teachers and ensure a smooth beginning of the new academic year. ✨

The afternoon also included a special food tasting prepared by our school's chef, giving our newly joined students and their families a taste of what they can look forward to at Amity. 🍽️

Starting at a new school is an exciting new chapter, and we hope Introduction Day helped everyone feel a little more at home. We’re delighted to have you as part of our community and look forward to the year ahead! 🌟

We proudly introduce our new Head of Wellbeing, Jessie!

"My name is Jessie, and I am delighted to be taking on the role of Head of Wellbeing this year.

Last year, I had the privilege of serving as a Wellbeing Ambassador, which was a highly rewarding experience and inspired me to continue supporting the Amity community in a greater capacity.

In this new role, I hope to promote positive change, encourage a supportive and inclusive environment, and help strengthen wellbeing across the school. I am excited for the year ahead and look forward to making a meaningful contribution to our community."
