How to Make It:
1. In a bowl, mix the Epsom salts and baking soda.
2. Add the essential oils and stir well to combine.
3. Store the mixture in a jar or container for easy use.
4. When it’s time for your soak, add 50 g to warm bathwater, stir to dissolve, and step in.
