In Januarie 2019 begonnen, na de december inslag woog ik rond 86kg. Aan het einde van 2020 na de eerste cut woog ik rond de 70kg. Dit was het resultaaat, nu al een tijdje terug in de opbouw. Nog een lange weg te gaan maar geniet ook zeker van de het moment. Blijf in beweging en geniet van het mooie weer.

Blijvende gedrag veranderingen is de sleutel naar een gezond leven zonder eetbuien, emotie-eten overgewicht en obesitas.
Ik focus mij daarom om de relatie met voeding te verbeteren en te herstellen zonder te leven met te veel restricties.
