Had the Honour of training these men last Saturday, they where so eager to learn everything i threw at them just love all the dedication they have!
I ended up giving a 2,5 Hour seminar about the grappling basics in MMA. I'm very thankfull they invited me to train them!

These guys! What a tempo what a dedication, i've traveled to Togo to bury my grandmother and needed some exercise. Got invited to a boxing training and enjoyed every minute of it!
Will be giving some MMA/Grappling basics to a class later this week!

Afgelopen zaterdag heeft Gerdion zijn 2e partij gevochten voor Gladius, helaas geen winst mee naar huis genomen maar hij gaf ons wel een spektakel om naar te kijken what a fight! Trots om zo'n doorzetter te trainen en te coache Osu!
