One week left in Jamaica today !! Time is flying by.. yesterday I had lovely dressage clinics at Caymanas Pony Club LTD. NEXT week I will be in Curaçao 4/6 only for one day, but I’m available for lessons! After that I will fly back to the Netherlands 🇳🇱 and lessons and training will resume from Monday 10th of June. I will be in Europe for June / July/ August at least ! Making trips to Spain, Portugal and France at least ! See you all soon again. ✨🥂🇯🇲🌍✈️

Work in Hand with Noqui 🇪🇸 & and ridden work with Brance 🇪🇸. I have time for training (this is only me working with the horse) in the direct region of Alkmaar (+5 km) for the the crazy deal of only €35,- per training.

🚘🇳🇱 a few REMINDERS now I’m back on the road & changes about my lesson days in Holland. I love coming to all of you and I will go out of my way to plan according to everybody’s wishes.
However planning cost me around 1-3 hours per lesson day, on top of that the travel time, and sometimes on top of that cancels, traffic, and weather conditions. I am getting more stricter to myself, so just to clear everything up lessons are 45-60 minutes, cancels in the last 24 hours before the lessons will be a 50% lesson rate (€25,-) Unless it’s mad thunder and lightning or your horse is on 3 legs suddenly. All other things I unfortunately cannot carry for everyone.
If I’m late due to traffic, extra attention to somebody before you (yes you would appreciate it too if you are stuck and need extra attention) or I need to p*e, I will push everyone back in time, but ofcourse I will inform you on time about this. Please understand I am on the road all day and work with alive animals.
Lesson days further then 15 KM will be only on the weekend days or outside rush hours to prevent from being stuck in traffic and end up super late or forced cancels.
I hope you all understand that if I want to keep planning to be able to see everybody regular, I have to set some rules for myself. I however am so happy and grateful I can work with ALL of you✨. Thank YOU for planning me up to the roof. I’m super excited for the summer and see you all soon!!
*little reminder that from 3 people or horses at your location you can be sure I can come to you anywhere in Holland !

4/5/6 & 8/9 JULY 🇳🇱 - After some amazing weeks in the Caribbean, I’m now back in Europe ! I did two days of teaching in the Netherlands this week only for selected people, and now I’m in Spain for the weekend. Bookings are now open for the first two weeks in July 🇳🇱. After that I will be in Germany for a week. So book your lessons & training on time- I will be in Europe until at least end of august, and some more exciting news is coming soon ✨✨ I can’t wait to share it with you! Also I will drive at least once a week or every other week routes from Alkmaar to Almere, Alkmaar to Noordwijk. Alkmaar to Den Helder. In the coming months I will also go further into holland (Veluwe, friesland, Limburg, Belgie and more ) and will also be available for clinic days throughout Europe ! Oh how I enjoy those busy days 🇯🇲 - I love how captured this moment. My time in this amazing place is almost coming to an end. Goodbyes is the least favorite of my job. I have worked with amazing horses over the last couple months and met amazing people. Thank you all. I cannot wait for my return. But now - let’s talk dates ! For the month of MAY - I will be teaching and training in Holland 🇳🇱. I will be there for 3/4 weeks only so get your lessons in asap ! I also have will over some training spots for groundwork or riding in those weeks in the region of Alkmaar/Koedijk. It will be at a discounted rate for the first 2 horses ! Send me a message for more info! JUNE : I will be in CURAÇAO🇨🇼. I will also have space for some training horses in Curaçao for groundwork, dressage training or rehabilitation. I offer a full training rate for the whole month or you can book a single training where I work with your horse. And ofcourse I will offer lessons. Bookings will be open now ! I’m also planning to come to ARUBA 🇦🇼 a couple days for some lessons & training.

From Symphatetic Nerve system ( flight / fight /freeze response , wood and water fase. ) into Para sympathetic nerve system ( safety and relaxation, processing , digestion , lowering heartrate & blood pressure, stress release, metal & eart fase ). First of all I hate seeing things black and white. It rules out all of the layers you are unable to see as a human. Yes to scientific research but also trust your gut. Your intuition. There is more to behavior then outer signs that we can see. Like every creature there is emotional and spiritual layers to everything we do with the horses. Behavior is just the physical part. Don’t forget that.
Back to Equus. How do I deal with this flight response? Really depend on the horse. But let’s be honest also on how I feel that day. We cannot always be a balanced - flat lake minded human. Equus spooks and shows all the signs. His adrenaline is high, fast breathing neck high worried eye , tensed face features. But he clearly asks me- what is this and what do I do. He is insecure. I don’t move him, yield him or back him up. I let him look. I speak to him. I am there and solid. Then when he calms down a bit. I breath with him. I whistle (the cue for slowing down, release, all is well , end of exercise) . Look this obviously doesn’t work when your horse is a balloon on a rope. You have to already have some sort of connection there. I worked on that with him last 3 weeks. But I will always try to create a safe space. Lower my energy. Stay balanced. Excuse my terrible voice over - it’s the first time ever!! Haha.

Commander kisses 🥰🦄 - My 3rd week in Jamaica and some really exciting things going to happen in the coming weeks. Equus his owner came to visit last weekend, a dressage saddle is finally on the way from Florida (can’t wait ) a special friend has booked a ticket to come and see me, and I’m coming up to Kingston soon. For those who are not familiar with Jamaica, I am currently close to Montego Bay. This is about a 2,5 hour drive from Kingston where I always was before. So im stoked to go and see everybody again! *Im offering lessons and training all over Jamaica. For more information and prices please message me !

On my way back to holland from a lovely week in Belgium - so happy to have seen everybody there! 🥰 I will be gone for a long time now …

I’m super super busy , maybe I have a spot left and right but mostly I am booked out . I can for sure put you on a list for if I have a cancellation - I will soon post my dates for the caribbean and the details of the upcoming travel dates .

As my agenda fills up fast for December - I’m super excited to travel again , and in the same time sad for saying goodbye to Indonesia and all the lovely people & horses here.
December is busy - every time I think I can slow down a bit - something cool comes up and off we go again! I’m in Europe for almost 4 weeks. I will be in Nederland, Belgium & Spain. After that I will head to the caribbean- I will post about this later. For now , please book in your lessons & training for December, it’s filling up fast.
