It's this time of the year again; our small Ginkgo biloba tree in our back yard is turning yellow and getting ready to drop its leaves.

What a wonderful friend and colleague Alexander Kantchelov is! Besides translating for me while working with his colleagues, he even started to mirror my non-verbal behavior... 😁
