Last week, students from International Business Studies visited the Automobilkaufleute programme in Rotenburg Wümme together with students from Prague. This was the second round of the project; the first took place in Prague.
During the project, students from the Czech Republic, Germany and the Netherlands worked together on the theme Working in Europe. They compared application procedures, explored cultural differences and similarities, and communicated in both German and English. They also had the opportunity to explore the city and visit the Škoda company.
In Rotenburg, the focus was on developing a marketing concept for typical products. Creative social media posts led to lively presentations, and through company visits and activities, students gained a realistic view of professional practice. There was also room for cultural experiences, including visits to Hamburg and Bremen.
A great example of current and practice-oriented education. On to the next round in Den Bosch!
