My sacred morning routine!

Mine involves a warm soy matcha, quality time with my partner, exercise and walking our 6 month old puppy Lucia. I do believe that how you start your morning is the foundation on which you build your day and over the years I’ve learned the power of a healthy morning routine. Notice the people, places and spaces that bring you energy and joy and spend as much time there as possible. Healthy habits that energise and inspire you will go a long way towards setting the tone for a productive day.

The best thing about being an entrepreneur? The freedom to enjoy my weekends however I want! I used to think that working nonstop, even on weekends, was the only path to success. Now, I’ve realised that success also means having the freedom to recharge, spend time with loved ones, and pursue passions outside of work. It’s about working smarter, not harder.
