What better way of exploring a country and its culture than to explore its cuisine? Join our deliciou All the food is 100% Nicaraguan cuisine.

In one of our delicious workshops you will learn how to become a real Nicaraguan cook! On this sheet you will find all the information you need to get started. COOKING CLASSES

Basic class - 45,-$ p.p.(5 dishes)
This means 2-3 hours of cooking where you learn to make 1 main dish, 2 side dishes, 1 exotic drink and 1 delicious dessert. Unlimited white wine/sangria + water provided during class. Full

-Class, 50,-$ p.p.(6 dishes)
The same as the basic class, but you also make a snack plate to eat during the class. Short class -25,-$ (2 Dishes)
For the cooks on a budget or with a lack of time; 1,5 hours of cooking where you learn to make 1 main and 1 side dish. All the food is 100% Nicaraguan cuisine.
2 free glasses of wine included in the class. Don't worry if you are not fluent in spanish, we provide translaters to english! RECIPES AND CERTIFICATE

To prove to your family and friends that you are a real Nicaraguan cook you will receive the official La Tortilla Cooking School certificate. After the cooking class we will send you a digital version of the recipes. HOW TO BOOK A CLASS? We have classes every day at 10.30AM and 4.30PM. Check availability with our staff.
