Due to d high level of insecurity in d North, especially Boko Haram ravaged areas of North east & west & communal, ethnic/religious restive areas (Plateau, Benue, Adamawa, etc); Gov't may b tempted 2 apply exclusion principle/declare state of emergency in these affected areas or d entire Northern States in the 2015 general election. Thereby preventing d States frm participating in d election as a stategy 4 d ruling PDP to hav a smooth sail. Acknowledging d political trends in d ongoing democratic experiments, it's evidenced & observed dat most of these Boko Haram territory are strong PDP opposition states largely controlled by ANPP/CPC (APC) sympathizers, such as Yobe, Borno, Kaduna, Kano, etc. If dis hypothesis is right, d postulations of d likes of Alh Balarabe Musa & co. are vindicated. He said:''Boko Haram is an agent provocateur established by the FG to Get Concession from North''. Food 4 thought!!!
