In my previous article, I mentioned that 95% of the world’s evangelical pastors have no formal training[1]. In addition, The Global Alliance for Church Multiplication (GACX), has as its Mission, “to help start at least five million multiplying biblical churches and faith communities”, each of which will need a pastor. They are keeping to their mission and are planting thousands of churches a year. Whilst that is wonderful news, it means that the need for trained pastors is actually increasing. I also mentioned that we have written a program designed to help these pastors minister effectively, culminating in a Certificate underwritten by the World Evangelical Alliance.

We have personally contacted over 7000 leaders around the world and informed them of this program, which has resulted in 295 groups enrolling in 46 countries. The response has been amazing as God urges pastors to become properly equipped for ministry. The program has already been translated from English into Spanish, French, Portuguese and Hindi, and is currently being translated into Arabic, German and Telugu. The plan is to have it available in as many languages as possible. Several students have already earned the Certificate which, because it is underwritten by the WEA, has become the first-ever global standard for non-formal theological education.

The program is free, but successful students must pay $5 plus postage for their Certificates. This has already helped a number of students to be able to afford the program.

We held our first Quality Assurance Institute in Cape Town (before lockdown) piggy-backing on our Annual Board Meeting. Group leaders from Southern African countries were trained in facilitation and assessment skills. We hope to hold the next two in Ghana and Kenya once lockdown is over.

We are grateful that God is blessing this initiative in an amazing way and we look forward to making a significant contribution to closing the huge gap that exists in non-formal theological education.

Topic: 7 Biblical Secret for Doing the Impossible (Part 3)
Opportunity
Text: Genesis 11: 1ff.
"They came across a plain in the region of Shinar and settled there". Taking advantage is one most under utilized skills in human history little many keep growing poor and having a feeling of inadequacy. The few who are prosperous(successful) took risk, they handled opportunities well reasons they thrive more. Remember, "time and chances happens to them all". Chances there speaks volume...
The people of Babel took quick and smart advantage of slots (that is, opportunities). To be able to do the impossible you must be quick and wise recognize opportunities. "As they journeyed, they arrived a place, they discovered an opportunity and seized the same.
Making the utmost use or maximizing opportunities does not make you an opportunist but hunting and lobbying for one can make you one.
The difference between successful people and the unsuccessful is Opportunity Maximized! Every successful person knows that the presentation of slots is an invitation to perform the impossible. Therefore, success is preparation meeting opportunities. Success story results only where opportunities are seized and maximized.
Prayer: I receive grace for the third dimension of my sight to open hence in Jesus Christ name.

Tpoic: 7 Biblical Secret for Doing the Impossible Part 2
Text: Genesis 11: 1ff.
"2 It happened, as they traveled east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar, and they lived there."
STRIDES: taking strides is the next secret for turning impossibilities into success story. Taking strides is "walking with long steps". Taking initial steps into progress.
Individuals who will do the impossible takes steps! Life is about making progress. The Bible says, "they journeyed (traveled, or moved). It was in their moving, making progress, they discovered a plain which is inhabitable. Wherever there is movement discovery will be inevitable. Remember, our God is moving God (Genesis 1:2).
Danger looks when you remain static, and refuse to take steps. Many children of God have been side-tracked for stagnancy. God has long passed so many countless individuals who still believe they are 'in-step'. They tell story of past glory.

Movement, Respiration, Nutrition, Irritability, Excretion, Reproduction, Growth, and Die. Every living thing is endowed with the latent power to move. Movement is a strong indication you are making progress. Hence, be bold to take that step.

Topic: Seven (7) Indespensables for Doing the Impossible
Text: Genesis 11: 1-ff.(further reading Ephesians 5:19; Colossian 3:16)
1And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech. 2And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.3And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter. (they said…: Heb. a man said to his neighbour)...
Impossibility is only recognized among men who lacks zeal and faith. The Bible has proven beyond reasonable doubt's that matters of impossibilities are easily possible with those who have unwavering trust in God and His Word.
An exegesis of chapter eleven has a 7 biblical truth for achieving one's high dreams, doing the impossible.
Part 1
CULTURE: A strong means of understanding a given culture is language. According to the textual record in Genesis 11, the people had one, unified language. The people then at the Tower of Babel has a unified culture by inference.
Every individual or group of people who desire to invent, and or perform the impossible must have the culture of stars. The manner wherein we conduct ourselves - our life style.
"28For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring." This reveals to you and i, there is a manner of life in Christ Jesus. In Faith, we have a language code. Every one out there doing the impossible have developed a consistent and habitual way of life: which is the first step to landing the impossible in your generation.
Prayer: I receive strength for my character in Jesus Christ name.

Topic: FEAR IS ONLY NATURAL
Text: Exodus 14: 5-12
"5And word came to Pharaoh of the flight of the people and the feeling of Pharaoh and of his servants about the people was changed, and they said, Why have we let Israel go, so that they will do no more work for us? 6So he had his war-carriage made ready and took his people with him 7And he took six hundred carriages, all the carriages of Egypt, and captains over all of them. 8And the Lord made the heart of Pharaoh hard, and he went after the children of Israel for the children of Israel had gone out without fear. 9But the Egyptians went after them, all the horses and carriages of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them in their tents by the sea, by Pihahiroth, before Baal-zephon. 10And when Pharaoh came near, the children of Israel, lifting up their eyes, saw the Egyptians coming after them, and were full of fear; and their cry went up to God. 11And they said to Moses, Was there no resting-place for the dead in Egypt, that you have taken us away to come to our death in the waste land? why have you taken us out of Egypt? 12Did we not say to you in Egypt, Let us be as we are, working for the Egyptians? for it is better to be the servants of the Egyptians than to come to our death in the waste land."
In life, there is virtually no one person even animals that does not feel fear. Although fear has been said to be the false expectations appearing real; yet, you will well agree with me that it is only natural to feel fear but never let your fear rule you.
The strong, uncontrollable, unpleasant emotion caused by actual or perceived danger or threat. Fear is a response of a person's alchemy towards unwanted or undeserving expectations.
You see, it is emotional hence may be channeled into something professionally and not necessarily destructive. (Read Hebrews 2:14,15)
More than often, devil uses this weapon of fear of emotional thrusts to nuge to use into actions we may at some point consider not necessary later. This has been most valuable weapon of warfare in the enemy's hand. He used same against the men of ancient times and still is in vogue with him.
I imagine a father taking his 7years old child through a very dark part on their way home with no other options left of another route home, he concluded to take this same: although he is rest assured that the road home is safe but the child unfamiliar with that form of journey cling unto his father abeg for him to be carried on the shoulder while crossing the dark and lonely path...
Although on his father's shoulder the child still feels fear but clings to his Daddy with a strong huge. He never allow his fear for darkness makes him lose grip.
God will lead us more than often through paths tough, dark and lonely but he expects you to fix your attention and focus on him and not on the darkness and loneliness of the path.
So anytime you are afraid of taking step just remembered that God's got you always even when you are asleep.
Prayer:
Thank you Father for quenching my fear and filling me with joy unspeakable.

Topic: ACHIEVEMENTS ARE REWARDS FOR PRICE PAID
Text: Matthew 13:44-46
"44 The kingdom of heaven is like a secret store of wealth in a field, which a man came across and put back again; and in his joy he goes and gives all he has, to get that field. 45 Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a trader searching for beautiful jewels. 46 And having come across one jewel of great price, he went and gave all he had in exchange for it." (BBE)
Great treasures are tucked deeply for the president to discover. Achievement is never cheap to come by!
Principles:
No achievement may come on the plater of gold. For instance, the Rose flowers grows from among thorns: you see, Rose flower did not have its beauty all easy. Before gold becomes the shining and mostly stone. It was rough, dirty and raw until it passed through furnace.
Achievement requires a careful and diligent efforts. It does not come with haste rather it unfolds gradually. Without diligence achievements may be difficult if not impossible to arrive at.
The choice you daily make determination what achievement we get. Our choices are decisions. And every man is the tangibility of decision. The two men in today's text knew what they wanted out of life and they stick their neck into it. That is decision! Right decisions are unpopular among crowds, same may not look convincing immediately but surely it leads to glorious end.
Price payment are inevitable for achievements. Price are collected in exchange for goods and services. Some goods and services are immediate in return for price. While some others happens with time. Some takes process.
Great achievers knows that price payment is a law that must be obeyed. The price each person pay will undoubtedly different from one to another. Some may be heavy and another light but it all depends on the weight of achievement.
Conclusion:
Now, this may be appliances, "People do not care how much you know but how much you care" but after you are long gone, people remember you for your accomplishments. What will you be remembered for?

Topic: ARE YOU SAVED?
Text: John 3:16
"16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life." (ASV)
Are you really and truly saved? When Christ appear would you reign with him?
A. What is Salvation?
Salvation is deliverance from danger or suffering (past, present and post). It carries the idea of victory, health and preservation. More often it is concerned with eternal, spiritual deliverance (Read Acts 16:30-31)
B. WHAT ARE YOU SAVED FROM?
1. God's judgment of sin (Romans 5:9; 1Thess. 5:9)
" 9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, shall we be saved from the wrath of God through him."
2. Eternal death (Romance 6:23)
"23For the wages of sin is death; but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
C. WHO DOES THE SAVING? (2Timothy 1:9; Titus 3:5)
"5not by works done in righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, 6which he poured out upon us richly, through Jesus Christ our Saviour;"...
Only God can save and remove sin, and as well stop its deserved consequences
D. HOW DOES GOD SAVE?
Salvation is provided only in and through Jesus Christ (John 3:17).
It was Jesus' death on the cross and resurrection from death that achieved and delivered salvation into every believing individual man and woman alike. (Romans 5:10; Ephesians 1:7).
Salvation is the gracious, undeserved gift of God (Eph.2:5,8)
E. HOW THEN MUST I BE SAVED?
Salvation is only made available through faith in Jesus Christ (Acts 4:12)
F. HOW DO I RECEIVE SALVATION?
1. You must listen to the explaining of the word of God(Eph.1:13)
2. Believe fully, trust the LORD Jesus (Romans 1:16)
Note: the above involves repentance, a changing of mind about sin and Christ (Acts 3:19)
3. Confession Him as your Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9-10,13)
Conclusion:
Dear esteemed friend your eternal life and eternity depends solely upon your decision over this discussion (Matthew 27:22)

I accept and make Jesus Christ the Lord and Savior of my life henceforth.

Topic: DOING THE IMPOSSIBLE WITH THE AVAILABLE
Text: Matthew 14: 16-21; Exodus 14: 15-16
"16But Jesus said unto them, They have no need to go away; give ye them to eat. 17And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes. 18And he said, Bring them hither to me. 19And he commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass; and he took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake and gave the loaves to the disciples, and the disciples to the multitudes. 20And they all ate, and were filled: and they took up that which remained over of the broken pieces, twelve baskets full. 21And they that did eat were about five thousand men, besides women and children." (ASV)
This miracle by the LORD Jesus Christ always astounds me anytime anyway. The story recorded in our biblical text narrates one of the amazing events during His evangelistic outreaches while here on earth.
Impossiblity is the language of faithlessness. Men and Women who possess the idea, that there are things impossible only shows the absence of trust in God.
Let me announce to you, God specializes on Mission Impossible!
He makes and converts impossible situations into possibilities. Cases that are impossible for humanity, when God is invited and trusted, He shows up and takes charge.
I remember instances in my service before the LORD where hopeless situations were turned around even via prayer on mobile phone as far as Nigeria to the United States and God raising a few dead through my hands the list is great.
Jesus Christ demonstrated this wisdom.
The following are wisdom principles for turning the impossibles into out right miracles
Principles:
Never let your immediate perception determine your actions. Whenever you are confronted with task that look impossible, wisdom requirements you look inward into your asernal before launching out
A drop of water into the river causes a lasting ripple.
Release whatever you have for furtherance of the Godpel of Jesus Christ.
The tinniest idea would provide the answer
Faith in God is and should be absolute. Jesus Christ prayed over the 5loaves and 2 fish and believed God for multiplication.

Topic: PROPER EVALUATION PRODUCES RIGHT CONSCIENCE
Text: Galatians 6:3-4; 2 Corinthians 13:5
"3For if a man thinketh himself to be something when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. 4But let each man prove his own work, and then shall he have his glorying in regard of himself alone, and not of his neighbor." Galatians 6 3-4,(ASV).
"5Try your own selves, whether ye are in the faith; prove your own selves. Or know ye not as to your own selves, that Jesus Christ is in you? unless indeed ye be reprobate." 2Cor.13:5,(ASV).
Note: A careful inspection with a view to discover truth or the real state of a thing yield amazing results.
Principles:
Proper evaluation will benefit you, whether you are still in the faith
It will help you be sure that Christmas lives in your
The absence and consistent evaluation may lead to failure
Proper evaluation will help you determine your actual worth
The lack of personal evaluation will result into folly
Effective self evaluation will help to identify and help you set marks for your past and current accomplishments
It enable you to know and recognize bboundaries.
Conclusion:
False account pot one's self is a journey made in a vehicle without reverse mode. Its dangerous: it is like catching a gr***de. Doing it will help live right in life.

What is Company?
A group of individuals with a common interest, goal and purpose.
-Association
-Companion
-Friendship, are words that will conveniently interchange the Bible word, Company.
God never created a loner. He knows no one human can be an islander. Every human needs another. Hence, we can assert that you and I will surely belong to one of the other association(s).
Your success is quicker and affirmed when you are rightly connected or associated. Success is a product of the quality company a person decides to keep. No one ever sucked alone in life.
Principles:
Not all Company is valid for you
Association of friendship relationship is to be enjoyed.
Romans 15:24 "Whensoever I take my journey into Spain, I will come to you: for I trust to see you in my journey, and to be brought on my way thitherward by you, if first I be somewhat filled with your company."(Scofield Study Bible)
24whenever I journey to Spain, I will come to you. For I hope to see you on my journey, and to be helped on my way there by you, if first I may enjoy your company for a while. (World English Bible).
Traveling in the company of like minds is essentially. Jesus traveled in the company of like minds, his disciples (Luke 8:1). He could accomplish vast goals not only because of his accuracy but also he rightly associates.
The soundness of your company determine a great deal how you are viewed (wise or foolish) Proverbs 13:20
Develop a dissatisfied taste about and toward the company of evil PS.26:5

Bad association is typical of a deserted place, and the reward is dangerously outrageous

Extreme carefulness should be imported since our choice of friendship relationship has direct influence upon our lives. Hence, be delebrate upon reaching your choice of friends.
