FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC EKOWE BAYELSA STATE/SIWES ORIENTATION/LECTURE.
The management of the Federal Polytechnic Ekowe Bayelsa state organized orientation/lecture for Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES), at the Liaison office Opolo Yenagoa to acquaints participants with the necessary knowledge and information needed for their Industrial Training Experience.
Keynote speakers were invited from the Industrial Training Fund (ITF) who delivered lectures at the orientation/lecture were; Mr. Emmanuel Ekpo, Head Of Adm. And Human Resources, Mrs. Peace Amadichukwuka, Principal Training Development Officer, who represented the Head Of Training (ITF), and Mr. Emmanuel Iwebor, SIWES Officer (ITF) Yenagoa Area Office.
Some of the management staff who attended the orientation/lecture were the Rector Dr. Lukeman Agbabiaka Adegoke, Deputy Rector Adm., Eng. Iwekumo Walton, the Acting Registrar Zifawei Kennedy, the School Librarian Mr. Godwin Orumah and the Director Of SIWES Federal Polytechnic Ekowe, Dr. Kuforiji.

The management of Federal Polytechnics Ekowe in Bayelsa state is happy to announce to the general public that all twenty two (22) courses and programmes presented for accreditation between 26th - 30th April, 2023 were successfully accredited and approved.

At the end of the exercise ten (10) new courses and programmes were fully accredited and approved while ten courses and programmes were for Resource Inspection. They are as follows;

THE MANAGEMENT OF FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC EKOWE BAYELSA STATE AND IT'S ACHIEVEMENTS IN WORDS AND PICTURES
The federal Polytechnic Ekowe under the management of the 3rd substantive Rector Dr AGBABIAKA LUKEMAN ADEGOKE has procured heavy duty generators for both the main campus and liaison office. Installation of solar light around school premises and hostels has also been completed all in a bid of ensuring that the main campus is lit up at night. In the area of transportation, the management has procedured two speedboats (Water bus) to convey student and staffs to and from the institution.

THE MANAGEMENT OF FEDERAL POLYTECHNIC EKOWE BAYELSA STATE AND IT'S ACHIEVEMENTS IN WORDS AND PICTURES
The federal Ekowe in Bayelsa State under the management of the 3rd substantive Rector Dr AGBABIAKA LUKEMAN ADEGOKE has taken the institution to a new level of academic excellence by initiating many projects that will improve students and workers welfare and Morales sprawling around the main campus of Ekowe and the liaison office in Opolo Yenagoa, all geared toward improving efficiency and productivity of staff and students. Some of the projects and facilities installed by the management are; renovations of dilapidated buildings, construction of water bore-holes, installation of equipments and facilities, improved transportation, bakery and Satchel water factories, solar lights installations, improved health care, adequate power supply,ICT, accomodation, office furniture and classrooms desks, accreditation of more courses and programmes and many more.
The management have constructed bore-holes water projects around the main campus at Ekowe. This is to ensure that staff and students have access to portable drinking water and for domestic use at all times.
