The kitchen department is divided into different stations, and each station has its own responsibility. As a chef, choosing the right station depends on your passion, strength, and career goals.
Some chefs love the heat of the hot kitchen, some enjoy the creativity of pastry, while others are passionate about grilling, butchery, or food presentation. No station is too small in the kitchen because every section contributes to the success of the service.
