Please prepare all documents early to avoid delays during the screening process.

2. 2025 JAMB Official Admission Letter
3. KUST Wudil Admission Notification Letter
4. 2025 UTME Result Slip
5. 2025 Direct Entry Registration Slip (for DE candidates only)
6. SSCE O’Level Result(s)
7. A’Level Qualification (for DE candidates only)
8. Primary School Certificate
9. State/Local Government Indigene Certificate
10. Birth Certificate / Declaration of Age
11. Completed Undertaking Form
12. Scratch Card for O’Level Verification

All candidates must accept their admission on JAMB CAPS and print their official JAMB Admission Letter.
