Thought for the day:

"Pizza Hut is the first company in history to deliver pizza straight to the pioneers living in outer space on the International Space Station (ISS).

The Chief Marketing Officer of Pizza Hut, Randy Gier stated, 'As a leader in the pizza delivery business, we're determined to give customers what they want, when they want it and where they want it, even if they are in space. Wherever there is life, there will be Pizza Hut pizza.'"

That's going Above and Beyond to offer quality Guest Service! Great story. What do you think?

Have a pleasant weekend!

TIP OF THE WEEK:

Hiring 'good' (untrained), 'bad' (untrained and negligent) domestic staff offers innumerable risks.

Sometimes staff have low self esteem, and the cycle of poorly planned work, unappreciated effort et al is unnerving.

Solution:
Home owners should offer dignity to domestic staff by sponsoring them to trainings/workshops on role expectations (job description for a domestic staff). The investment ensures staff productivity and boosts owners' efficiency.
