The University of Uyo invites candidates who made the University their 1st Choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and had a minimum score of 150 to apply for screening. Also, candidates who made the University their 1st Choice in the 2025/2026 JAMB Direct Entry application are equally invited for screening exercise.
Candidates are also invited for admission into BASIC STUDIES, POSTGRADUATE AND SCHOOL OF CONTINUING AND PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMMES

- School fees receipt
- Course forms (4 copies)
- Class admit card
- GST slip
- Course clearance form
- Online authority to pay
- Student information form (4 copies)

1. Recommendation letter (on official letterhead) from your church, school, or workplace
2. Certificate of Origin
3. Birth Certificate
4. Original or printed O'level results (WAEC/NECO or equivalent)
5. Acceptance Fee Receipt
6. JAMB Admission Letter
7. JAMB Result slip
8. Uniuyo Admission Letter
9. NIN slip
10. Uniuyo Screening form
