Watch the transition of a 3months old baby who was enrolled into our creche turns 4years old that can read and write

I remember when this little one came into our daycare at just 3months old. He was so little and completely dependent on us for his care, comfort, feeding and attention

Today, seeing him at 4years plus, confidently reading and writing, fills my heart with so much joy and gratitude 🙏

This is one of the reasons I love what we do as a caregiver. It is not about changing diapers, feeding babies, cleaning up messes or keeping them safe. It is about watching them grow, learn, develop little individuals right before our eyes

The demands of caring for children can be exhausting but moments like this remind us why we are here
