I got a distressed call yesterday night at about past 10pm from a parent of one of my pupils

I got home late yesterday because after work, I quickly went to the market to get some few stuff for the weekend

Nursing Mums will understand how hectic it is to get back from work to start taking care of your fusing baby and simultaneously preparing the general meal for your family, that is the situation I was yesterday night

In that busy moment, my phone rang, I am one of those proprietress that don’t joke with the calls of parents that have kids in my school, I checked the time the call was coming in, it was already past 10pm

My heart started beating fast because I was like this is a distress call considering the time

And the conversation went thus;

Parent: Hello Proprietress
Me: Hi Ma.
Parent: I am calling to report a particular issue to you
Me: Go ahead, I am eager to hear you
Parent: My son came back home today without finishing his meals and snacks, I am not happy about that
Me; Ok, any other complaints or is that all
Parent: Yes, that is the reason I place this call
Me: 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ (My eyes first blur)

This is a parent that came by 1 pm for pick up, and expect a child to finish his meals, fruits, juice, snacks and water within that short period

What time is left for learning? When a child is over fed, it will automatically affects their ability to learn

She will still complain that her child is not doing well academically because ones the child finish eating all of these, he falls asleep immediately

No calamity shall befall our children
They shall go to school alive and not come back dead
We commit their medium of transportation, they shall not be any form of accident
We shut the door against any form of blood shed on our children
As it is in heaven, so it is in our school environment
Our children snacks,food and drinks shall not be contaminated in any way
Their food/snacks will not be poison to them
Our school will not be a dead ground for our children
The earth shall not be against these little ones

No teacher representing darkness will find expression on our children
We programme JESUS in our classes, playground, bed spaces, feeding area and every other component in the school
Our children shall not be initiated into darkness
May you strengthen every staff of the school

We decree wisdom and speedy understanding over our children
They shall be the best in their different fields of endeavour

No Parent will die and leave their Young's
We will not labour and another reap our fruits
I declare financial open doors over every parents
God will grant you the resources to take care of them

We commit the management of our schools
They shall not execute the plans of darkness over our children
Give them the grace to be able to execute policies that align with God purpose for our children
There shall be no lost of any soul
In Jesus mighty name, we pray 🙏

Hello Parents, There is a viral infection among children 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

Mumps is caused by a virus that primarily attacks the salivary glands (especially the parotid glands near the ears).

Watch out for these symptoms in your child;
Swelling of the cheeks or jaw (one or both sides),Pain when chewing or swallowing,fever
Headache,fatigue and general weakness
Loss of appetite
