At Kiddie Tech Ville, we are not just training children to acquire tech skills, we are training problem-solvers and innovators.

During our Summer Classes, one of our young learners moved from developing his work, to practising his pitch, receiving one-on-one feedback from our Team Lead, and finally presenting his idea confidently on Exhibition Day.

We believe every child should be able to recognise a problem, think critically and come up with an excellent solution.

We don't just teach tech. We teach children to think, create and solve.

WHAT HAPPENED WHEN THE PEOPLE SHAPING YOUNG MINDS TAKE TIME TO SHARPEN THEIR OWN?

At Kiddie Tech Ville, we believe that excellence in learning begins with continuous growth and this week, our team embraced that principle.

As part of our preparation for the new session, we held a Staff Retreat focused on professional growth, effective teaching and renewed purpose.

We were privileged to have two exceptional guest speakers share their expertise with our team:
🎓 Ms. Patience Blaise, Founder of The Celebrity Teacher, led an insightful session on The Art of Teaching, challenging us to approach teaching with greater intentionality, creativity and purpose.

💼 Ms. Jennifer Essien took us through an impactful session on Professionalism, exploring the 10 Pillars of Professionalism and the standards that shape how we show up, work and make an impact.

The retreat was more than a training session. It was an opportunity to learn, reflect, improve and realign as we prepare to welcome our learners into a new session.

We are returning refined, refreshed, re-energised and better equipped to create meaningful learning experiences and continue inspiring the next generation.
