A courtesy visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Bangladesh marks another signature of Krirk University’s ongoing initiative to strengthen its international presence.

The delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Jaran Maluleem, Vice President for International Affairs, accompanied by Dr. John Walsh, Dean of the British International College, and Dr. Chanidapha Nunualvuttiwong, Director of International Affairs and staff.

The host, H.E, Ambassador Andalib Elias expressed readiness and affirmed his commitment to building a sustainable education access and success for the Bangladeshi through Krirk University’s Initiatives.

Key areas of interest discussed included; scholarship support, student recruitment and development, academic collaboration and educational outreach and guidance.

The Event of Arrival and Reception of the Ambassador of Nigeria to Thailand: H.E Ambassador Bello Dogon-Daji Haliru.

Ambassador Bello Dogon-Daji Haliru was appointed by President Bola Tinubu to serve as Nigeria’s Ambassador-designate to the Kingdom of Thailand, joining a broader roster of 65 career and non-career envoys confirmed by the Nigerian Senate. The deployment aims to strengthen bilateral ties, trade, and diplomatic relations between both nations.

Africa Day Celebration 2026 - Thailand: Strengthening Diplomacy, Cooperation, Culture & Friendship.

The event brought together members of the diplomatic community, distinguished guests, and representatives of African nations to commemorate the founding of the African Union and to celebrate the enduring unity, cultural richness, and strategic partnerships of the African continent.

The celebration was presided over by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, Sihasak Phuangketkeow, reflecting Thailand’s continued commitment to strengthening diplomatic and bilateral relations with African nations.

The Dean of the African Group of Heads of Mission in Thailand, H.E. Abderrahim Rahhaly, the Ambassador, the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco in Bangkok chaired the celebration.

The event also witnessed the active participation of African Embassies and Consulates representing countries including Morocco, South Africa, Egypt, Libya, Kenya, and Nigeria. Through diplomatic receptions and cultural engagements, the celebration further strengthened mutual understanding, friendship, and cooperation between African nations and the Kingdom of Thailand.
