A NOTE TO ALL EMOTIONAL HOARDERS!!

Are you still upset over something that happened five, ten, twenty, or even thirty years ago?
That makes you an emotional hoarder.
An emotional hoarder stockpiles every traumatic memory, slight embarrassment, and heartbreak, past and present, only to live with the burden of each one every day.
Emotional hoarding does not help you heal when you are pained. It makes you more committed to pain than joy, and makes suffering part of your identity. Don't choose to see the rain and ignore all the many rainbows the divine presents on a daily.
Ditch that wack coping mechanism to pain.
Break that chronic addiction to pain.
Make yourself available for divine possibilities beyond your wildest expectations.
You can love 💕 again after the pain .

Don't be in love with love all by yourself. If the emotional investment is not commensurate, pls stop using deposit slip. Simply close the account. It's called, self respect.

To My Gender

"Women don't get played, they play themselves" -Stephanspeaks.
When you see something is wrong from the outset of a relationship, or sense that something is not right, that's your intuition at work showing you the red flag. Do your due deligence so you don't experience emotional fraud. Don't ignore, explain , justify , or rationalize any inappropriate actions.
Don't play yourself.
