Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled German Language Tutor (Onsite – Port Harcourt) to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering structured and engaging German lessons, guiding students through different proficiency levels, and supporting them in developing strong speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills.

The role requires someone who is confident in teaching, patient with learners, and able to simplify complex language concepts effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver German language lessons in line with the approved curriculum and textbooks provided by the school
* Prepare structured lesson plans before each class to ensure effective teaching delivery
* Teach assigned students across designated levels and ensure steady academic progress
* Assess students through class activities, assignments, tests, and periodic evaluations
* Maintain active communication with students via the designated WhatsApp class group for updates, learning materials, and engagement
* Monitor and track student attendance, participation, and performance, escalating concerns where necessary
* Provide timely feedback and progress reports to the administration
* Ensure proper class preparation, including teaching materials and exercises before each session
* Participate in meetings, training sessions, and academic coordination when scheduled
* Support students’ readiness for progression to the next level
* Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and consistency in all assigned duties
* Collaborate with the administration to ensure smooth academic operations and student success

Key Requirements
* Proficiency in German language (minimum B2/C1 level preferred)
* Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or language instruction is an advantage
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively
* Patience and good classroom management skills
* Passion for teaching and student development
* Certification in German language or education is an added advantage
