LETTER OF INTENT TO PURCHASE LEAD AND ZINC ORES.

Dear Sir / Madam,

We would like to herewith confirm our intent to procure above the subject product. Please acknowledge this Letter of Intent at the earliest and make available offer with details and related documents.

Product: Lead & Zinc Ores

Quality: 30%-40%

Quantity: 30Tonnes/month (minimum)

Buying price: Negotiable

Analysis Certification: SGS

Payment terms: Payment is made via Bank transfer immediately after analysis results is out and accepted by both parties.

Delivery Location: Trans Amadi, Port Harcourt Rivers State.

Packaging: 50kg/bag

Contract details:

1. The buyer only purchase 25% above for ZnS.

2. If the quality supplied is not up to the Buyer’s standard, the company has the right to reject it or renegotiate at a lower price.

3. The moisture content in the goods will be tested for in our warehouse according to the standard practice and the results will be deducted from the total weight.

4. If the goods is high oxidized zinc ore, the Buyer has right to reject it or renegotiate at a lower price (note: a little oxidation is acceptable).

5. Quality determination is based on random sample taken from the goods during offloading of the trucks. Payment is made immediately after analysis results are out and accepted by both parties.

6. The Buyer has to buy the goods if the material is up to the buyer’s standard.

7. When the goods arrive our warehouse and offloading and sampling are done, the Buyer agrees to pay upfront 70% of minimum acceptable quality for the goods within maximum 36 hours. Balance will be made after analysis result is out and accepted by both parties.

8. Seller must use a standard laboratory to test his material and in this case SGS. This SGS result will hereby be binding and final to both parties. All arbitration costs will be split 50/50 between both parties.

We all did it…. We made it through 2021. Another year of the global pandemic, uncertainty, challenge, but also opportunity.

As we enter 2022, I wanted to write personally, as we plan for the future and create new goals. I want to share a little of my own story and what I call the and the core values that guide me. Be known for your dependability, and be consistent in delivering results.

The second is Excellence.

To achieve excellence, there must be a sense of professionalism across everything you do. You cannot be guided by the short term or emotional sentiments. Strive to be fair and objective at all times. Lead with integrity. Be exceptional, stand out for your disciplined and rigor. Prioritize your customers and give them the best experience that you can offer. Be respectful of your peers, subordinates and leaders.

I was born in Africa, raised in Africa, studied in Africa, worked in Africa, and have achieved success in Africa. That is how we can enact this social and economic change that we are all seeking in our continent and in our world today.
