On the other hand, if you are a good communicator, who can engage people in a conversation, with good English skills, then we want to hear from you.

Commitment and the willingness to go the extra mile is essential. You don't have to reside in Umuahia, as we are able to provide accommodation for the right candidate.

Salary is dependent on qualification and interview performance, but there is a termly bonus in addition to salary, which ranges from 10,000 to 50,000 (up to 100k depending on achievements).

We lay SOLID foundation at GMS, and our Children rise as Stars!

Below is a message from one of our parents at GMS...

Permit me to use this opportunity to commend Gleaming Moon Schools once again for all the efforts at teaching our children and grooming them with us, the parents. Our son, Chimzuruoke, has gained admission to Federal Government College Ikot-Ekpene on merit. I recall what happened the day I took him to write the National Common Entrance Exam. I was shell-shocked to see some parents bribing officials of NECO and mercenaries to compromise the exam. They wrote answers and distributed to their children in the exam hall. Few of us wept and shouted, not because we are perfect, but because those parents were destroying the values we cherish and fabrics of a descent society built on merit and hardwork. I boasted among such parents that I know my son, that he would not accept any extraneous material offered him in the exam hall. And truly, he didn't. He even challenged one official saying, "what you people are doing is not right"! When he came out and narrated his experience, I hailed his resolve and told him how proud of him I was/am. I also told him that even if he failed, I will still celebrate him for standing on the side of forthrightness.
I am making this post, not to boast or chest-beat myself, but to say that there are ethos we must uphold in academics and in bringing up our children. GMS has, to the best of my historical knowledge with the School, upheld such ethos, emphasizing hard work, independence, transparency, etc. I commend the foundation Mrs. Igwe laid and urge her and her team to continue along this path. Though GMS may be few in number, I think it is focussed, doing the right things and doing things right. God will increase GMS and bless those who work in it.

Salary is 20,000 Naira per month. Minimum qualification is SSCE.
