On traditional Ukara Ekpe cloth, Nsibidi was never just decoration. It was worn by titled men of the Ekpe Leopard Society to show power, status, and wisdom.

The spine placement is intentional. The backbone holds the body - just like war reminds us of our resilience, kingship reminds us of our leadership, unity holds us together, and music is our spirit.
