It is world Abigail’s day.

Abigail Uvietabor studied Financial Accounting, little wonder she is very meticulous. Lawyers and Accountants/Bankers are some of the most courteous persons Yoi can ever find.

Banks will rather they lose their own money than for their customers to lose money because they loss a court case relating to matters like this, it is through their nose they pay and ofcus, their good reputation is tampered.

Thus, those who work there are trained to be careful with everything.

Abigail is a very committed member of JCI, her church, NUUS and many other associations she belong to and non of these has affected the other.
Abigail doesnt miss NUUS Meetings regardless of the many institutions she belong to.

Abigail please we have something we need to attend to, her complaint has never been, Ajuwe please I have an engagement somewhere and it marvels me because even though I don’t stay with her, I know shes a very busy person.

She graduated with a very fine result even with all the many engagements. People like this should be hurriedly employed. Beauty with brains.

It was during his time as NADESSTU UNIBEN/UBTH Constitution Amendment Committee Chairman it was discovered that Okpe was not properly stated as a kingdom under the urhobo house.

As a very sound and pragmatic Law student that he is, the moment he flipped through the Constitution, he saw this and noted it as a defect.

Godstime Urheigho Okotete is from Udu kingdom among the Urhobos , they are a very vigorous people, reason the average Udu man talks very loudly and with authority (you will easily mistake them for proud people).

He informed the house and together we took the matter up quickly.
This is a defect and we must correct it quickly! Okpe is one of the kingdoms under the Urhobo nation.

We immediately as a house called everyone together with the then NADESSTU President Comr. Efe Augustine Ophori, James Mojaye, Oghenero Edudje, George O Ogbe, Uwanogho Dieberuo Prince Kupa, Akusu Lucky, Kelly Agbi and a plethora of other Urhobos, we reached out to relevant authorities immediately, presented relevant explanations and documents to bring light to these claims.

Our father and Grand Patron Prof. Omoyibo Kingsley and Prof. Joseph Agbadudu stood very well on the matter. Our NADESSTU Staff Adviser Dr. Charles Ogheneruonah Eghweree corroborated the facts vehemently that Urhobo is Okpe and Okpe is Urhobo.

The corrections were made.

Urhobo has 24 kingdoms and we are not ready to throw any one of them away.

Dear Okotete, we are very certain you will make a good lawyer and your effect will be immediate after your Call to Bar next year. We celebrate your hardwork and all you represent.

NUUS UNIBEN/UBTH VISITS THE ROYAL FATHER OF HER CULTURAL DAY.

In line with preparations for the The National Union of Urhobo Students (NUUS) UNIBEN/UBTH Chapter’s 2025 Cultural day, a delegation of NUUS UNIBEN/UBTH Led by her Ajuwe/President Ogaga Shaguolo, Almira Aggreh, Prosper Ebah and Precila Okpare visited the Palace of her Royal Father HRM ENGR. Mike Orugbo. Okporua The 1st. (Ovie of Udu Kingdom).

We were warmly welcomed by His Majesty and other dignitaries present. Agbakara, Kolanut, Cowries and other valuables were served to us by the palace in appreciation of our visit.
We were privilege to have met the Urhobo music icon San Friday Odogbon who sang before his majesty in appreciation of his majesty.
It was a very warm welcome.

We had detailed conversations on the general well being of the Urhobos in UNIBEN and activities of our union. His Majesty appreciated us for the things we do and promised to always work with us for the betterment of Urhobo Students.

Prayed for us and we had reasons to smile home after extending greetings from our Fathers back in UNIBEN Prof. Omoyibo Kingsley, Prof. Joseph Agbadudu, Dr. Ogheneruonah Eghweree and the University of Benin Urhobo Alumni Association UBUAA.

The highly anticipated NUUS uniben/ubth cultural day 2025 is officially just a week away. This prestigious festival is slated to hold on saturday 13th September, 2025 at Uniben staff school park by 10am prompt.

Urhobo cultural day is an annual event held in NUUS uniben/ubth chapter to showcase and promote the rich urhobo cultural heritage and tradition on campus. This year’s edition promises to be mind blowing with activities lined up such as ema dance, drama, poetry, live band, etc to make that day a memorable one.

Several dignitaries, top personalities and political figures from Delta state and across the country will be gracing the occasion to witness the enigmatic Urhobo cultural display. The urhobo special delicacy will be available to savour our appetite.

All urhobo students in uniben/ubth are admonished to prepare and plan to attend. Let’s come out en masse in our colourful attires as we promote the urhobo culture on campus.
