Candidates who recently completed a change of institution or course through JAMB, but the change is not yet reflecting on the UNIOSUN portal, should not panic.

๐Ÿ“Œ The JAMB details will be used for the admission process, and candidates should ensure that their JAMB profile is properly updated.

However, based on observations from previous admission exercises, candidates should take note of the following important points:

You must complete your change of institution to UNIOSUN before the application form officially closes.

If you changed to UNIOSUN but the change is yet to reflect on the school portal, allow time for the information to be transmitted and scrutinised by the university.

Ensure that your details on JAMB and the UNIOSUN portal are exactly the same, especially your s*x, date of birth, state of origin and Local Government Area (LGA).

Any discrepancy in important personal information, particularly state of origin or LGA, may lead to issues during the screening/admission process and could result in disqualification.

The Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) has released the 2025/2026 JUPEB examination results for candidates who participated in the programme.

Candidates who have been eagerly waiting for their results can now contact their respective JUPEB centres to access their results.

At the moment, the 2026 JUPEB results are not available for candidates to check directly online, while some schools have uploaded theirs on their school portal.

Candidates are advised to obtain their results through their respective JUPEB centres.

If you participated in the 2026 JUPEB examination:

Contact your JUPEB Centre Director or Coordinator.
Ask for the procedure for accessing or collecting your result.
Confirm your grades and ensure that your personal details are correctly captured.

Candidates who intend to use their JUPEB results for admission should begin the necessary JAMB Direct Entry (DE) processing after obtaining their results.

This may include the appropriate processing or submission of the JUPEB result through a JAMB-approved channel, where applicable.

Candidates should ensure that their JUPEB details and grades are correctly processed to avoid unnecessary delays during admission processing.

If you are planning to use your JUPEB result to secure admission through Direct Entry, it is advisable to start your admission processing promptly once your result is available.

Your JUPEB result is an important part of the Direct Entry admission process, so candidates should keep their result details safe and ensure that all required admission steps are properly followed.

Congratulations to all candidates who successfully completed the 2026 JUPEB programme.
