28th of July was nothing short of amazing!
Our students at *Dream Land Foundation for the Disabled* showcased their incredible talents at the *2026 ABILITY EXPO & TALENT HUNT*, proudly organized by the *Lagos State Office for Disability Affairs (LASODA)*.
Held at the Ikeja Local Government Event Hall, the program brought together homes, schools, and NGOs to exhibit products and compete in various activities. Dream Land Foundation proudly displayed handmade bags, shoes, and clothes crafted by our children, true works of art!
In the competitions, our children shone brightly in *music, art, and creativity*, securing *3rd place in both categories*! This achievement is more than just a win, it’s a testament to their hard work, resilience, and passion for success.
The GM LASOSA, Mrs. Adenike Oyetunde-Lawal highlighted the importance of the Expo and Talent Hunt as an annual program that empowers Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) to showcase their talents in music, arts, crafts, and entrepreneurship. She emphasized that the initiative reflects the government’s vision of full inclusion for PWDs.
We are so proud of our children and grateful for this platform that celebrates ability, creativity, and inclusion.
