Education Students' Association of Nigeria- ESAN Sokoto state chapter

The Leadership of Education Students Association of Nigeria ESAN SOKOTO STATE CHAPTER, under the leadership of Comr Mubarak Aliyu Kaffe, paid a courtesy visit to the Honorable commissioner of the Ministry of Youths and Sports Development in Sokoto State, Hon Jamilu Umar Gosta, for a very important purpose. The purpose of the visit was to present a candidacy the State Coordinator in person of *Comr Mubarak Aliyu Kaffe* for Contesting of National President of Education Students Association of Nigeria (ESAN), in the forth coming ESAN National Convention.

The candidate in question was an indigene of Sokoto State and the first State Coordinator of the state. His emergence as the National President of ESAN would be a great and notable achievement in the history of Sokoto State and Nigeria at large. It was believed that his election would bring about rapid progress and development in the education sector, as well as impact positively on education students across Nigeria.

During the meeting, the Honorable commissioner pledged his full support for the candidacy of the State Coordinator In person of *Comr Mubarak Aliyu Kaffe*. He assured the delegation that he would provide financial and moral support from both the Ministry and the Sokoto State government, as it is within the nine-point agenda of the Administration of the Executive Governor, His Excellency Dr. Ahmad Aliyu Sokoto FCNA.

Furthermore, the commissioner reiterated that youth matters were critical to the governance of the state, and that the support for the candidature of the State Coordinator was a clear indication of the commitment of the state government towards youth development.

In summary, the visit to the Honorable commissioner of the Ministry of Youths and Sports Development in Sokoto State was successful, as he pledged full support for the candidacy of the State Coordinator for the office of National President of ESAN.
