3.0 PROCEEDINGS
3.1 ARRIVAL AND REGISTRATION (4:00 PM – 4:30 PM)
Members and Elders arrived and were duly registered by the Organizing Committee. The atmosphere was cordial and celebratory.

3.2 OPENING PRAYER (4:30 PM – 4:35 PM)
The opening prayer was led by Organising Secretary Abbas Adamu, seeking divine guidance and blessings for the new administration and the Association's continued progress.

3.3 WELCOME ADDRESS BY THE NEW CHAIRMAN (4:35 PM – 4:45 PM)
The new President, Mustapha M. Yari, delivered a brief welcome address. He thanked the Elders for their unwavering belief in him and acknowledged the presence of all members. He proceeded with the programme as planned, expressing his commitment to serving with humility and transparency.

3.4 MEETING INSIGHTS BY THE OUTGOING PRESIDENT/ELDER (4:45 PM – 5:00 PM)
Elder Jamilu Salihu shared insights from his tenure. He encouraged the new EXCO to remain united, transparent, and focused on the welfare of all members. He emphasized the importance of upholding the Association's constitution and maintaining the trust of the general membership.
