Teaching is very different at our free school.

We don’t just provide education—we offer learning experiences designed to solve two key problems:

1. Raising problem solvers
2. Overcoming poverty

Because of this, we intentionally introduce hands-on, practical learning into every subject we teach.

Through this approach, our kids think independently, take initiative, and lead social and economic change in their communities.

70+ change-making project designed and led by students!

One of the core missions of Talent Mine Academy is to cultivate students who can identify problems in their communities and create solutions.

This is why we have implemented a problem-based learning model.

The model is simple: students identify challenges in their communities and develop practical solutions to address those issues.

Over the past 2 years, students have designed solutions in agriculture, waste management, electricity, sustainable energy, sanitation, future of work, A.I etc.

These solutions are designed to help make life easier for the communities they live in.

We want to give more out-of-school this transformative education— nurturing them into brilliant problem solvers

His visit inspired our team and our children and planted a seed of possibilities in all of us.

Talent Mine Kids built a working windmill and hydrogenerator in just three months.

Our Primary 5 class designed this model from wire, cardboard, paper, and other recycled materials. It’s part of our problem-based learning approach, where every student creates solutions to real issues in their community.

For this project, they focused on the challenge of electricity.

This is what quality education looks like. It turns students into problem solvers. And every child deserves the chance to learn this way.
