Foreword.
It is so good to have WALL TRUTH bounce back on its feet once more, with many missed month due to challenges from within and without, God has privileged us to come back to our position, the WALL TRUTH was tore down but the lord rebuilded it. Psalm 61:4.
"CONFUSION" as defined by an English dictionary is
A lack of clarity or order.
A state of misunderstanding.
A state of shame or embarrassments.
None of this three meaning is ever pleasurable to the nature of man, any sound man at all. Does God's talks about confusion? Can Christian get confused? All this would be ironed out in this month's edition of WALL TRUTH you are welcomed in Jesus name Amen.
Lesson introduction.
In life confusion is a great ordeal, we all try to avoid it, as much as we can but even at the attempt to escape it, we fall more and more into it, so many times we think our reason and cause for confusion is childishness and youthful nature, although this might be true in some area just as
(Job 12:12 KJV With the ancient is wisdom; and in length of days understanding.) Notes that there is wisdom for the wise but at times even the old get confused on some certain issues of life. As children of God we are bound to face a lot of tribulations and confusion can be one of them, although confusion can open our hearts to learning new things from God, but nonetheless confusion is not from God.
(1 Corinthians 14:33 KJV For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.)
Part of the nine fruits of the spirit is peace, God doesn't want any man confused, but by tiny and overlooked compromised daily decision we make. Having been in the known about confusion, its consciousness and awareness would make us look out for solution and ways to amend and avoid them In the nearest future. This lesson we be a lamp to the corners of confusion In our life if carefully studied, we can always learn from the event of the old time patriarchs in the bible after all that's the reason of purpose of the bible, that the man or woman of God maybe thoroughly and perfectly furnished for every good works. 2 Timothy 3:16.
The origin of confusion.
Everything has its own beginning and so it is for confusion too, if we see the beginning of the would even without further explanations, there would be a sense of confusion, the world was without form and void, water was everywhere, the spirit of God was moving on the water, trying to imagine the scenario is enough to get one confused, God did not author confusion he authored light, he said let there be light, earlier we've said that God might use confusion to teach man lesson yet he isn't the author of confusion, before God created man he made sure everything was separated to the extent that he wants to see if man isn't confused that he made him name all the animal, and because he saw the visible interest and difference in the animals he gave them names. But not too long the real author of confusion came.
Genesis 3:1-5 KJV
Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? [2] And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: [3] But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. [4] And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: [5] For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

In the passage above was were the first confusion was authored, the Father of confusion not only came to lie but also to confuse the inhabitants of the garden with the commandments of God. He intentionally misinterpreted the words of God to confuse Eve, instead of the truth that God ask them not to eat from just one tree, he said God commanded them not to eat from all the trees. With some lies added to his words he was able to convince them into eating, before conviction, confusion came to man. As a result of these disobedience they even became more confused on what to do, now they were naked, ashamed, empty, it was dawn on them that the spirit of eternity has left them as he has warned beforehand. When they perceived the presence of God, they ran helter skelter into hiding, they looked for a means out of their confusion, when God reached out, they poured out their feeling.
Genesis 3:10 KJV
And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
God ask if they have eaten the forbidden fruit, the fruit of good and bad knowledge, the fruit of confusion, yes was the answer, it might sound as judgement or punishment, but man's reward after sin was only an ordaining of the new downgraded life, if God hasn't made the snake eat grass, today snakes would be the king of the animal kingdoms ruling human too, if God hasn't make woman labour in pain, we might not value human, (even at that some do not value their children) if God hasn't made woman subject to men, woman would keep bringing the devil's inventions to cause confusion in the house and it will be forceful, if man hasn't been ordered to work all day long to eat, woman might be the one to now do all the responsibilities, without man taking any of it. The wrong way of covering their nakedness alone shows if God did not come through a lot would go wrong, the fruit might be mixed with good knowledge, but the nature of evil is the nature of yeast, its not the same measure with the flour, the bakers know this, and they would add a little, but still yet it dominates the flour and influence it visibly. And for this reason they actually could not comprehend the evil knowledge they have swallowed,
(1 Corinthians 5:6 KJV Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump?)
The Glory from the fruit cannot be held it's not good it would create a lump, and this we saw as they covered themselves with fig leaves.
The outcome of God when he saw their confusion was so Dearing, he didn't mock their nakedness or scold them, he rather sacrifice an animal in representation of his son to come, and he made them coat of skins to cover their nakedness.

Genesis 3:21 KJV
Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them.
This act of agape and unconditional love brought us to our scriptural passage, where the apostle says if anyone lacks wisdom let him ask God who gives without reproach and anger.
Confusion as every man's problem.
Confusion shouldn't be a reason why anyone should be mocked, the savage reaction to confusion especially in the social media age, has highly increase the rate of committing su***de, that someone is confused in a matter doesn't make less, and that someone isn't confused is not a sign that they are wise, it is only time and chances that has stated what is not obvious.
Contemporary English Version
I live here as a stranger. Don't keep me from knowing your commands. (Psalms 119:19)
I so love the translation of this part of the psalms. since the foundation of the earth has been disfigured by sin, everything becomes very confusing to man, men need researchers, philosopher, doctors, proffers, scientists to live, every aspect of man's life becomes vividly clear in other to avoid the confusion David knew that even at his status of being a worshipper of God, confusion might still grab hold of him as long as the earth is concerned. Had it been Adam and Eve hasn't eaten the fruit, if they had keep the commandments there would be no confusion, God who has created the heavens and earth, intentionally restricts humans, animals for his purposes, and once we break the restrictions like Adam and Eve did there would be confusion, be best way to avoid it is to be in the knowledge of the commandments of God, whom himself is our creator. If anyone lacks wisdom, not if an unbeliever, not a young man, it is actually anyone, rich, poor, male, female, young, or old We see scenarios of wise men been confused in the bible at one time or the other, this was because confusion is in the nature of every fallen man. "My people perish for the lack of wisdom" once we set our heart to rebellion against God's commandments confusion starts to creep in, even though it is not his will, God had to confuse the language of the earth when they all came together to build Babylon, the power of confusion was visibly seen as they couldn't continue the project till today, but even in the midst of that some were able to listen to themselves, and they came us to get confused, in our day to day life, but that is not the end, confusion is the means for us to get wisdom from God on that issue and even beyond for ourselves and even people around us. Decision can be really tough for people at different levels of their life, this doesn't mean they are forsaken by God, it means they should get more close to God, who is willing to give them the needed wisdom when they ask in faith.

Few example of great leaders that got confused in the bible.
The bible isn't a book of hypocrisy but of truth that makes us know the flaws of the past patriarchs so we won't fall into the same snare, below in this section we would outline a few of God's Holy people who got confused at one point of their life and God helped them like a father would do.
1) Prophet Elijah, it is widely accepted that this prophet was powerful and so close to God that he was raptures to heaven, but at a certain stage he began a mission to reconcile the children of God back to him, and he was been threatened by the evil king Jezebel, that he had to walk in the wilderness all day long, without food, at a point he got confused and demanded God kills him, like I said earlier, all confusion would want to lead to the thoughts of su***de because it questions the genuineness of our humanity, which could be embarrassing, the prophet who just displayed power the day before was himself begging for death, that is what confusion could do even to the strong.
1 Kings 19:1-4 KJV
And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword. [2] Then Jezebel sent a messenger unto Elijah, saying, So let the gods do to me, and more also, if I make not thy life as the life of one of them by to morrow about this time. [3] And when he saw that, he arose, and went for his life, and came to Beer-sheba, which belongeth to Judah, and left his servant there. [4] But he himself went a day's journey into the wilderness, and came and sat down under a juniper tree: and he requested for himself that he might die; and said, It is enough; now, O Lord, take away my life; for I am not better than my fathers.
But what was God's reaction, after one of his warriors is in deep confusion? Did he reproach of course no! Why?
Romans 8:26-28 KJV
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. [27] And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. [28] And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose
He knew his infirmities, confusion is an infirmity that kills growth and bring about stagnancy, the devil our enemies love our confused state, because he knew we can never grow at the face of confusion, he knew we couldn't move on, we would be so occupied with getting out of confusion till all precious time is gone. Then how did God solve Elijah's problems?
1 Kings 19:5-17,19-21 KJV
And as he lay and slept under a juniper tree, behold, then an angel touched him, and said unto him, Arise and eat. [6] And he looked, and, behold, there was a cake baken on the coals, and a cruse of water at his head. And he did eat and drink, and laid him down again. [7] And the angel of the Lord came again the second time, and touched him, and said, Arise and eat; because the journey is too great for thee. [8] And he arose, and did eat and drink, and went in the strength of that meat forty days and forty nights unto Horeb the mount of God. [9] And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the Lord came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah? [10] And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. [11] And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the Lord. And, behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the Lord ; but the Lord was not in the wind: and after the wind an earthquake; but the Lord was not in the earthquake: [12] And after the earthquake a fire; but the Lord was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. [13] And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah? [14] And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord God of hosts: because the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away. [15] And the Lord said unto him, Go, return on thy way to the wilderness of Damascus: and when thou comest, anoint Hazael to be king over Syria: [16] And Jehu the son of Nimshi shalt thou anoint to be king over Israel: and Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel-meholah shalt thou anoint to be prophet in thy room. [17] And it shall come to pass, that him that escapeth the sword of Hazael shall Jehu slay: and him that escapeth from the sword of Jehu shall Elisha slay. [19] So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, who was plowing with twelve yoke of oxen before him, and he with the twelfth: and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him. [20] And he left the oxen, and ran after Elijah, and said, Let me, I pray thee, kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow thee. And he said unto him, Go back again: for what have I done to thee? [21] And he returned back from him, and took a yoke of oxen, and slew them, and boiled their flesh with the instruments of the oxen, and gave unto the people, and they did eat. Then he arose, and went after Elijah, and ministered unto him.
Elijah was fed, it was not the food, but it was the loneliness that got him weak, afterall he stayed 40 days after that without food, but the awareness that God is around us in time of confusion is so relieving and can keeping us going beyond 40 days to 40 years and forever, after eating he moved on and on and on as God continue to display his plans to him, confusion may arise, but it won't be a reason why his work would stop, that is what the enemy wants, and we would not give him that, it was after this that God made him appoint some other people to rightful offices, God never ask him why was he confused, God is more concerned about where we are, similarities between Adam and Elijah showed here, God is not really concerned of what has happened as where we are after the incident, God knew all the commotions that has happened he is more concerned with where we are after the whole incident, our stand.
2) Joshua the warlord: Joshua was a great general, that Israel had on thier way into the promise land but at a particular point in time confusion came, Joshua was defeated by a weak army he has overlooked, he lost some of his favourite soldiers this causes him grief and confusion.
Joshua 7:1-26 KJV
But the children of Israel committed a trespass in the accursed thing: for Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, took of the accursed thing: and the anger of the Lord was kindled against the children of Israel. [2] And Joshua sent men from Jericho to Ai, which is beside Beth-aven, on the east side of Beth-el, and spake unto them, saying, Go up and view the country. And the men went up and viewed Ai. [3] And they returned to Joshua, and said unto him, Let not all the people go up; but let about two or three thousand men go up and smite Ai; and make not all the people to labour thither; for they are but few. [4] So there went up thither of the people about three thousand men: and they fled before the men of Ai. [5] And the men of Ai smote of them about thirty and six men: for they chased them from before the gate even unto Shebarim, and smote them in the going down: wherefore the hearts of the people melted, and became as water. [6] And Joshua rent his clothes, and fell to the earth upon his face before the ark of the Lord until the eventide, he and the elders of Israel, and put dust upon their heads. [7] And Joshua said, Alas, O Lord God, wherefore hast thou at all brought this people over Jordan, to deliver us into the hand of the Amorites, to destroy us? would to God we had been content, and dwelt on the other side Jordan! [8] O Lord, what shall I say, when Israel turneth their backs before their enemies! [9] For the Canaanites and all the inhabitants of the land shall hear of it, and shall environ us round, and cut off our name from the earth: and what wilt thou do unto thy great name? [10] And the Lord said unto Joshua, Get thee up; wherefore liest thou thus upon thy face? [11] Israel hath sinned, and they have also transgressed my covenant which I commanded them: for they have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it even among their own stuff. [12] Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you. [13] Up, sanctify the people, and say, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith the Lord God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you. [14] In the morning therefore ye shall be brought according to your tribes: and it shall be, that the tribe which the Lord taketh shall come according to the families thereof ; and the family which the Lord shall take shall come by households; and the household which the Lord shall take shall come man by man. [15] And it shall be, that he that is taken with the accursed thing shall be burnt with fire, he and all that he hath: because he hath transgressed the covenant of the Lord, and because he hath wrought folly in Israel. [16] So Joshua rose up early in the morning, and brought Israel by their tribes; and the tribe of Judah was taken: [17] And he brought the family of Judah; and he took the family of the Zarhites: and he brought the family of the Zarhites man by man; and Zabdi was taken: [18] And he brought his household man by man; and Achan, the son of Carmi, the son of Zabdi, the son of Zerah, of the tribe of Judah, was taken. [19] And Joshua said unto Achan, My son, give, I pray thee, glory to the Lord God of Israel, and make confession unto him; and tell me now what thou hast done; hide it not from me. [20] And Achan answered Joshua, and said, Indeed I have sinned against the Lord God of Israel, and thus and thus have I done: [21] When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it. [22] So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran unto the tent; and, behold, it was hid in his tent, and the silver under it. [23] And they took them out of the midst of the tent, and brought them unto Joshua, and unto all the children of Israel, and laid them out before the Lord. [24] And Joshua, and all Israel with him, took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver, and the garment, and the wedge of gold, and his sons, and his daughters, and his oxen, and his asses, and his sheep, and his tent, and all that he had: and they brought them unto the valley of Achor. [25] And Joshua said, Why hast thou troubled us? the Lord shall trouble thee this day. And all Israel stoned him with stones, and burned them with fire, after they had stoned them with stones. [26] And they raised over him a great heap of stones unto this day. So the Lord turned from the fierceness of his anger. Wherefore the name of that place was called, The valley of Achor, unto this day.
In the story above, sin and disobedience was the cause of confusion, even though it was not committed by all, the trespass of one person led all into confusion, so many time also thereason why we couldn't stand in front of battle and is always confused is not even our fault, but even at that God was ready to help out, he made a point right there, which was the sole reason of the coming of Christ, "sanctify yourselves" the 13th verse of the passage at the confused state is so encouraging [13] Up, sanctify the people, and say, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow: for thus saith the Lord God of Israel, There is an accursed thing in the midst of thee, O Israel: thou canst not stand before thine enemies, until ye take away the accursed thing from among you.
Up! Joshua was confused but God ordered him up, sanctify the people, the cause of confusion is an illegal possession which was earlier warned against, God was ready to help Joshua but it was at an expense, as we see here, that there was eventually an act of sacrificing the accursed possession and the owner it was after that peace was restored. The same was for Joshua too even at his anger God was still ready to help Joshua get out of confusion.

3) Nicodemus: Nicodemus was another wise man that got confused, when he was listening to Jesus about becoming born again.
John 3:1-12 KJV
There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: [2] The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. [3] Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. [4] Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born? [5] Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. [6] That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. [7] Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. [8] The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit. [9] Nicodemus answered and said unto him, How can these things be? [10] Jesus answered and said unto him, Art thou a master of Israel, and knowest not these things? [11] Verily, verily, I say unto thee, We speak that we do know, and testify that we have seen; and ye receive not our witness. [12] If I have told you earthly things, and ye believe not, how shall ye believe, if I tell you of heavenly things?
Nicodemus knew Jesus was saying the truth but the dimension at which he answered, Nicodemus was staggered, the possibility of becoming born again was slim from the carnal perspective, whereas Jesus was addressing him from the spirit. Jesus made Nicodemus understand that although a Christian life is a life of confusion, but the confusion is for the unbeliever, around us, our wind nature makes it impossible for our life to be studied, but we ourselves we are not in confusion, because we have the spirit of light that brightens things in our life Nicodemus was truly wise but he was receiving those things Jesus was saying from the carnal side of himself.

CAUSES OF CONFUSION.
Every cause has an effect that is also the case with confusion, there is always a cause for it to take effect in the life of the children of God, confusion is dark in nature, and in the spiritual realm darkness means ignorance, while light means the knowledge of God through his word, this words makes one wise, "The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple" Psalm 19:7 KJV. Darkness causes us to be confused, then what brings about darkness, Jesus warns all Christian, that we must be aware of darkness, although out nature as kingdom children is light but we should be careful that by little compromise darkness could creep in into our soul thus bringing in confusion.

Luke 11:34-36 KJV "The light of the body is the eye: therefore when thine eye is single, thy whole body also is full of light; but when thine eye is evil, thy body also is full of darkness. [35] Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness. [36] If thy whole body therefore be full of light, having no part dark, the whole shall be full of light, as when the bright shining of a candle doth give thee light"
As a children of God, we should imitate the DNA of our father and that is light. James 1:17 KJV "Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning"
With God all things are purely in light, we see that the source of darkness isn't God, most especially darkness that leads to confusion, Jesus warns that we should take heed, that the light we think we have should not be artificial light, or rather darkness, because once our eye becomes dark all the body would become dark as well.
Since the eye is the cause of the darkness let's see some dark things the eye could cause to bring in darkness.
Romans 13:12-13 KJV The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. [13] Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
We saw here that there are some dark works which needs the eye to be carried out let us see what they are : 1) rioting or fighting 2) drunkenness 3) chambering and wantonness 4) strife
5) envy
This five major works needs the eye to carry out them, let's see if we could get more.
Matthew 5:28-29 KJV
But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart. [29] And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.
So them we need to add number 6) Lust.
Now we saw that Jesus marjorly quoted if the right eye offends us, now we see that these works of darkness causes, confusion in the life of a believer, let's check if we are correct.
James 3:16 KJV "For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work"
Correct! We hit the line, "where there is envy, there is confusion" where there is lust there is confusion" "where there is strife and fight there is confusion" this elements we listed are dark works and they are the biggest causes of confusion, although they might be some other but we need to focus on the internal, because when our internal is clear definitely our external too would be clear.
Matthew 23:26 KJV
Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first that which is within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
If we look in here we see that first Jesus called the Pharisees blind, which means the darkness has finally overtaken them, he then ask them to clean the inside then the outside would be clean. Which means we need to deal with the internal causes of confusion then the rest of the outside confusion might even be clear by itself. Often times when, envy creeps in our soul, maybe envy of a friend that is succeeding in business than we are, or a family or church member getting prosperous, we loose stability of our own life, not because the devil is attacking us but because we allow bitterness as others are making progress, in James 4:1-4 KJV From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? [2] Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. [3] Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. [4] Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
We saw how these dark works, causes us great wars and confusion, in a psalm David confessed to envy I told us what he almost caused him.
Psalm 73:1-3 KJV Truly God is good to Israel, even to such as are of a clean heart. [2] But as for me, my feet were almost gone; my steps had well nigh slipped. [3] For I was envious at the foolish, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
He was almost gone in confusion, when he envied other people's prosperity, he was focusing on other and he almost slipped, the devil himself brought confusion on himself when he envied God, and waged a war and was planing to take his throne above that of God. He did that to man also by telling man to be like God, man fell into wanting to be like God, and confusion came to a beautiful world, when we lust also confusion comes, we can use king David as an example when he lusted after Bathsheba, and committed adultery with her, the pregnancy caused confusion, and from adultery a man of God committed murder.
These things are deep powerful work of the devil, and he uses that to causes us more confusion, and from things that are unsettled the settled ones too becomes unsettled this moves in more and more, for example Saul the king started by envying David, we saw that he eventually get confused till he landed with a sorceress. The list goes on and on, it is very hard for confusion to come from the outside when we are settled on the inside, the things we do not see are supernatural and they have power on the natural, this is more of the reason we need God and his words to make us overcome.
Solution to confusion.
Anybody can be led into confusion, like I said earlier the reason why I went on to write on this topic is because I myself is confused, and even at the cause of writing, the Devil gave me an heavy blow that cause more confusion that I almost abandon this work, we most realise that the first step into getting things clear is light, in the beginning of creation everything was chaotic and the first thing God proclaimed was light, let there be light! Before the intervention of light we saw that the spirit of God was hovering on the water and has nowhere to reside, the life a confused person is no better than that, the Holy Spirit would be hovering but would not get a place of settlement, as long as darkness still lurk around confusion would still Benin place, we need to get rid of darkness and replace it with light, biblically light means the word of God, when we continue in the word of God, although it might seems so hard because, trying to hear the word of God or read at this point would be like going to a condemnation court, but nonetheless we need to proceed, there was a day I followed one of my Church member to LUTH its an hospital at Lagos, I followed her to take care of her, on getting there the doctors detected that there are dirties inside of her, but the problem is that she could not defecate, they had to pass a very thick pipe through her nostrils it was very painful and horrible it was like they were going to kill her, but this hose got a lot of dirties out of her bowels very black and harmful, but the process was deadly, the nature of the word of God in Hebrew 4:12.
Hebrews 4:12 KJV For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
The. nature of God's words described here, might scare us off but heal us wholly, when people Peirce their nose or ear for the first time the experience is very painful but after the piercing it becomes their pride, obeying the word of God, fulfilling his voice might seem so painful and sorrowful, but in due time we would see that the destruction of his action has rebuilded us to something better, we would see that when we apply God's words to our life, what man says would seem a little matter, or not even a matter at all, most time we get confused when, other people show us their opinion or when we ourselves think about our opinion all these sums up to confuse us the more.
Psalm 119:105,130 KJV Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. [130] The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple.
Gods word is the first solution to all confusion, when writing this down, I had just fallen from a great height, that I doubted my rise, I was accused with
Hebrews 6:4-8 KJV For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, [5] And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, [6] If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. [7] For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: [8] But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.
I was shivering cause I know this is apostasy, when one no more believes in faith, sin, righteousness or anything, immediately I passed my boundary the first question I asked myself was that can I still repent? I asked even to the extent that I spake it out, because I have literally gone through all the levels, I have tasted the good words of God, even preached it converted souls with it, I have partaken in the Holy spirit, the level of my journey is what was described, then I started loosing hope, immediately I remembered another pasaage, where Jesus himself spoke about possibility and impossibility.
Luke 18:18-27 KJV
And a certain ruler asked him, saying, Good Master, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? [19] And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, that is, God. [20] Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Honour thy father and thy mother. [21] And he said, All these have I kept from my youth up. [22] Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. [23] And when he heard this, he was very sorrowful: for he was very rich. [24] And when Jesus saw that he was very sorrowful, he said, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! [25] For it is easier for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. [26] And they that heard it said, Who then can be saved? [27] And he said, The things which are impossible with men are possible with God.
The long story was not even our focus but, two things when the young man heard the words of Jesus he was sorrowful, and two who can be saved? The question of Who can be saved? Is so real because these man has literally done all his righteousness, but because his possessions has possessed him he was disqualified, maybe this young man is one of the most behaved in the society, moreover he was a ruler who rules over people teaching them what and what not to do, the nature of the word of God is bitter

Revelation 10:9-10 KJV And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey. [10] And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
The word of God is sweet in mouth, everyone quotes scripture, even unbelievers love it, they feel this happiness when they are able to memorize some part and recall it, but its not always taken to the heart, even in the church, because it is bitter! The young man fell into deep sorrow, he wasn't confused because why he was confused was why he came to Jesus at the first place, but on shading light to his problems he became sorrowful, it was so unfortunate he couldn't stay, but this made all those who hear him say who can be saved, let's focus on Christ's reply "the things which are impossible with men are possible with God" so I wasn't trying to dispute the apostle Paul, but I was trying to focus more on Jesus, if these people come in their own power they can't be saved because they have violated all the principles of salvation, but if they come in the power of God it is very possible.
And because of this words, I start to revive In my hope gradually, my salvation is then with God and not man, man might not be able to forgive me anymore but God can, man might not be able to deliver me from the bo***ge of sin but can and he will. Don't forget our scriptural passage he who gives wisdom to all man, without reproach. The first place to seek out wisdom is the word of God.
Psalm 40:6-7 KJV Sacrifice and offering thou didst not desire; mine ears hast thou opened: burnt offering and sin offering hast thou not required. [7] Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
The psalmist discovered that coming to God, in scarifies is not in his desires, what did you know in his words? He doesn't requires offerings, then the psalmist came in the volume of book and that is the Holy Bible.
Another solution is prayer, why prayer comes as second is because God can cause light to be shed even without the prayer of no one but, it is impossible that light should come without the words of God,
John 1:4-5 KJV In him was life; and the life was the light of men. [5] And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
Life came not as a result of prayer but as as a confirmation of his words, let us make man, nobody prayed, and when man also fell it wasn't the effect of prayer that caused him to say he shall give us a son that would bruise the head of the snake, it was his love for mankind, the created world was chaotic and in his will he ordered light, so it is his words that would guide us into the right prayer, and fasting, when we pray and fast God his willing to change situations and make things better, but we most note that all confusion must be solved be taken action, and most time these actions are mainly placing things at their rightful places, remember it was the displacement of things that caused confusion at the first place, so their is a need of genuine repentance, and working of our repentance, by doing what was needed to be done.
Repentance is another point since most things that are sinful were the cause there is an urgent need to put them off, they are like time bomb that can explode our life at any given time, so we need to put them off now.
Ephesians 4:22 KJV That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;
Colossians 3:8-10 KJV But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. [9] Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; [10] And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
Colossians 3:9 KJV Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds;
We would see that all these three passages came on the same thing, putting off the old man, we must come into the believe that Christ is able to put this off, privileged are we in this era of Christianity formerly people are unable to put off their old ways of living.
Jeremiah 13:23 KJV "Can the Ethiopian change his skin, or the leopard his spots? then may ye also do good, that are accustomed to do evil.
Be cause of the work of Jesus that brings a new life after born again, our evil nature could be changed!!! But these needs our own cooperation from the heart we must fully surrender ourselves, then we can be a new creature in him.
Conclusion.
confusion is not the end, infact it is a step to discovery and exploration, that is only if we rise to take responsibilities, we should never mock anyone for been foolish or confused we should rather pray for them or give them our wisdom and understanding, the world is populated but everyone is in loneliness, this is because people are not willing to hear themselves out, sectarianism is the subject of the day and even in the Christian community. The fact that God is not the Author of confusion as 1 Corinthians 14:33 KJV "For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints" says should always ring in our ear, and gear us to combat it with the sure weapon of the sword of God which is his word and prayer and as well as fasting. Please another thing we should all remember is that if you are not confused today give glory to God, and if you are still confused give glory to him, failure to do so might make him bring darkness to cause you a great confusion. Give glory in prayer, give glory in praises give glory in obeying his commandments then no confusion would come near you.
Jeremiah 13:15-16 KJV
Hear ye, and give ear; be not proud: for the Lord hath spoken. [16] Give glory to the Lord your God, before he cause darkness, and before your feet stumble upon the dark mountains, and, while ye look for light, he turn it into the shadow of death, and make it gross darkness.
Prayers.
