While it is good to challenge yourself to strive to be the best version of yourself, it's also imperative to give yourself grace.

Go easy on yourself. Whenever you reach for something important, making mistakes and running into roadblocks are a natural part of the process. Have the patience to push through each challenge, and take breaks when you need to refresh your strength and outlook.

Five of my favorite ways to show self-love and stay balanced are to:
