PARENTING AND SOCIETAL PRESSURE

In our time, we grew into adulthood but currently these guys jump into adulthood. I understand that there is a generational shift but in your opinion do you think it is better this way? Growth use to be in stages but now people just spring up from no where. An average 23 to 25 years old has almost seen it all. Then they become quickly exhausted and bored, they have already done everything. And I think that because they jump up, they lack the opportunity of learning different lessons positioned at different stages of life, this is for both males and females. A 20 years old girl is already fed up with men, all men are scum to her, yes she has tasted a lot. Is this a good trajectory for societal positioning or it really do not matter?

Age is surely not the problem..
The problems are the ill means of getting wealth and normalising social decadence..
For example many 23 years old are already on mortgage (own a house) in UK and many EU country...
Legitimate workers drive good cars,a 21 year old could qualify for car finance..
For relationship, UK for instance people marry very early, people date in these countries of the world not hook up..
People go into relationships in Nigeria for the wrong reasons which should call for a U-turn.

FINANCIAL FREEDOM HAVE BECOME A MIRAGE FOR THE AVERAGE CITIZEN. WHY?

These are policies and economic changes that make it increasingly difficult for the average person to break free financially in our country — not because people are lazy, but because the system keeps tightening.
• Fuel subsidy removal → transport, food, rent, and daily survival costs exploded overnight.
• Naira floating & devaluation → your income lost value, prices didn’t wait.
• High electricity tariffs → pay more, get less, still buy fuel.
• Rising food prices → inflation turned basic meals into luxury items.
• Expensive education → schools raised fees, dreams got postponed.
• Costly healthcare → being sick now equals being broke.
• Higher data & telecom costs → even access to opportunity costs more.
• Weak social safety nets → reforms came first, protection didn’t.
📌 When policies remove buffers without strong support systems, financial freedom becomes a privilege — not a goal.
This is not noise.
This is economics meeting everyday life.

The Duck or the Chicken?
The Secret to Versatile Leadership 🦆🐓

I recently saw this image, and it sparked a realization.

The beauty of these two images is that they aren’t "Right vs Wrong", they are "Context vs Context." The "best" leader isn't the one at the front or the one at the back. It’s the one who knows when to switch positions.

In leadership theory, this is known as Situational Leadership.

1. Leading from Behind (The Chicken)

This is about Empowerment and Safety.

When a team is experienced and skilled, they don’t need a pathfinder, they need a guardian. By walking behind, you give your team the freedom to explore and lead, while you stay back to ensure no one is left behind and the big picture remains secure.

2. Leading from the Front (The Duck)

This is about Clarity and Momentum.

When a team is facing a brand-new challenge, a tight deadline, or a period of uncertainty, they need a trailblazer. They need someone to absorb the "wind resistance," set the pace, and say, "Follow me, I have got the path cleared."

If you’re always the "Duck," you might hinder your team's growth.

If you’re always the "Chicken," your team might lose their sense of direction.

If your team is learning, lead from the front.

If your team is growing, lead from behind.

A "good" leader isn't stuck in one position.

They have the emotional intelligence to know when to be the duck and when to be the chicken.
The goal is to be both.
what’s your opinion.

I prefer the Chicken's Style of Leadership in Guidance and the Duck's type in Guardian.

“BLESSINGS WITHOUT OBEDIENCE?”

Many want divine rewards but reject divine direction. Faith is not selective obedience—it is full surrender.

“NOT EVERYONE IN CHURCH IS SAVED”

This may offend you—but not everyone in church knows God.

Being surrounded by religion is not the same as being transformed by God. Sometimes familiarity with spiritual things creates the illusion of spirituality.

“Church Attendance Doesn’t Equal Transformation”

What if God is less interested in your attendance and more interested in your transformation? Many people are active in religion but passive in obedience. True faith should change how you speak, treat others, and make decisions—not just where you sit on Sunday.

Represent who you are!
