One of the earliest scriptures I “crammed” as a child, cos it featured at the very least, once every week in our family devotion.
As an adult, I realized one day that this scripture was no longer just one that I knew in memory only.. it had become my reality.
With this realization came another.. “that I had won” in this journey called life 😁

“FAKE it till you MAKE it” they say..
I say, as long as it has to do with your wellness (in any of the areas).. don’t fake it, you’ll not make it!
One of the beginners’ steps to achieving your wellness goals is telling yourself the truth; of where you currently are on your journey, and what you’ll need to do to get you to your desired goal.
Authenticity has always been easier than “faking it” and always will be.. so why not Keep. It. Simple. Champ!

H A R D T R U T H ! !
Being a TRUE lover, this side of eternity is particularly very difficult 😥
You will very often get misunderstood, judged and labeled wrongly.. but, it will often not be you, it’s them 🤭
People experience the world from who they really are at their core.. so try not to let that change who you are at your core.
However, you must be careful to always be attentive to the “lines”, to note when they get blurred (cos they do).. and if you find that you’ve crossed any, you must find your way back.. and on time too!

But, whatever you do, don’t stop spreading ABBA’s love intentionally.. HE knows how much the world really, really, needs it!
