Maintenance clearly has a great effect on buildings as it helps restores the beauty, quality and functions of the building. It is necessary for buildings to be well maintained.

Having a periodic time for maintenance is very important as it helps sustain the durability and comfortability of the building.

Lack of maintenance in buildings reduces the quality of the building.

FLOODING

Flooding has to do with an uncontrollably overflow of water which can either be caused by man or naturally. It can be in form of rainfall. Flooding can be dangerous to the environment as it can cause ill-health and release of reptiles to humans, can also render humans homeless.

CAUSES OF FLOODING

Overflowing of the Rivers

Using the case of Bayelsa State, an overflow of the rivers increased the flooding rate. This rendered a lot of persons homeless and crops destroyed.

Rainfall

Heavy rainfall can cause flooding if there are improper or lack of drainage systems to accommodate the rainfall.

To prevent flooding, the construction of dams

The construction of proper drainage systems.

This has to do with placing confidence in someone.

This is a good trait every human should have.

It improves confidence and high self esteem. It breeds good recommendation - a lot of persons are where they currently are because of trust.

If trust is broken, causes a lot of damages, breakdown, downfall and all.
