Yesterday was not a very pleasant day for me. I damaged my mobile phone and that really threw my day off the rails. My phone is my office, my diary, my companion, and my main source of inflow. Some of you know exactly what I mean.

When we say life is full of risks, this is one of them. Knowing how easy it is to damage phones these days, I took deliberate steps to mitigate the risk of being without a phone and losing potentially valuable customers and their purchases. My mobile office is still up and running even as I send my phone to get repaired.

As a training administrator, I have noticed that men are more willing to upgrade their skills than women. This results in more men climbing the corporate ladder compared to their female counterparts. But that is not the gist today.

VISIONS don't fulfill themselves; PEOPLE pursue the fulfillment of the vision. The duty of the Leader is to lead others to work towards the fulfillment of the vision.

The Law of the Picture reminds us that people do what they see being done and not what you tell them. Your people will follow your model; the examples you present arrest the attention, influence the decisions, and govern the actions of those under your oversight.
