The Metamorphosis Of Redemption:
These are the 7 key stages of transformation from Redemption to Sonship

1. New Birth -
2. Repentance
3. Revelation:
4. Consciousness
5. Alignment
6. Activation
7. Dominion

Text:
“And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His very own image in ever increasing splendor and from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit..” (2 Corinthians 3:18 (AMP)

Introduction :
Redemption in Christ is not eventful, but a progressive metamorphosis into divine sonship. Through the finished work of Jesus Christ, believers are ushered into a journey of transformation where identity is redefined and destiny is awakened. This pathway unfolds in distinct spiritual phases, each demanding yielding, illumination, and obedience. From the miracle of new birth to the authority of dominion, the believer is gradually conformed to the image of Christ. This process is both inward and outward, shaping consciousness, aligning purpose, and activating divine capacity, until the believer walks fully as a manifested son of God.

Words On The Marble:
1. Baptism in the New Testament is not an interaction with water as it was done traditionally in Judaism! Baptism is an immersion into the word of life where the word becomes the mirror with which our lives reflects from. That is why Jesus did no baptism but was busy teaching from place to place. It is the word that cleanses and not the body of water.

"to make her holy, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word."
(Eph. 5:26)

"They were all baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea. They all ate the same spiritual food and drank the same spiritual drink; for they drank from the spiritual rock that accompanied them, and that rock was Christ." (1 Cor. 10:2-4)

"So Moses chiseled out two stone tablets like the first ones and went up Mount Sinai early in the morning, as the LORD had commanded him; and he carried the two stone tablets in his hands. Then the LORD came down in the cloud and stood there with him and proclaimed his name, the LORD."
(Exo. 34:4-5)

Explanations: of the Seven Stages from Redemptive to Sonship:
1. New Birth - the adoption of sonship by the response to the Gospel of life. The New birh is the divine initiation into redemption, where the human spirit is regenerated by the Holy Ghost. It is a supernatural translation from death to life, birthing a new identity in Christ.

"For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory." (Rom. 8:29-10).

"For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile." (Rom 1:16, NLT).

"These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: “Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans. Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel." (Math. 10:5-6, NIV)

MSG: "Jesus sent his twelve harvest hands out with this charge: “Don’t begin by traveling to some far-off place to convert unbelievers. And don’t try to be dramatic by tackling some public enemy. Go to the lost, confused people right here in the neighborhood. Tell them that the kingdom is here. Bring health to the sick. Raise the dead. Touch the untouchables. Kick out the demons. You have been treated generously, so live generously."

"Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” (John 3:3).

Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” (2 Cor. 5:17)

2. Repentance: a drastic change of life and way of life: repentance is a profound change of mind, heart, and direction, involving a sincere turning away from sin and toward God.

Song great change since I met the Lord...you lose taste of sin, you no longer fantasize its pleasures

"In those days John the Baptist came to the Judean wilderness and began preaching. His message was Repent of your sins and turn to God, for the Kingdom of Heaven is near.” This is he who was spoken of through the prophet Isaiah: “A voice of one calling in the wilderness, ‘Prepare the way for the Lord, make straight paths for him.....Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River.
But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming for baptism, he said to them, “You brood of vipers, who warned you to flee from the [divine] wrath and judgment to come? So produce fruit that is consistent with repentance [demonstrating new behavior that proves a change of heart, and a conscious decision to turn away from sin." (Math. 3:1-3, 6-8)

Also read - Acts 3:19, Romans 12:2.

3. Revelation: It is having a deeper insights into God's truth, His will and plans towards us in the establishment of our faith: "He said to them, “But who do you say that I am?” Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed), the Son of the living God.”Then Jesus answered him, “Blessed [happy, spiritually secure, favored by God] are you, Simon son of Jonah, because flesh and blood (mortal man) did not reveal this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. And I say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church; and the gates of Hades (death) will not overpower it [by preventing the resurrection of the Christ]."
(Math. 16:15-18)

Revelation unveils the mysteries of Christ and the believer’s inheritance in Him. It is spiritual illumination that grants access to divine realities beyond human reasoning. Through revelation, truth becomes a living experience. Also Read - Ephe. 1:17-18, Math. 16:17.

4. Consciousness:
Consciousness is the awakened awareness of one’s identity and position in Christ. Birthing divine fusion: "I and the Father are one.” (John 10:30), a sense of nobility: "The One who comes from above is above all...." (John 3:31), confers a conqueror and victorious mindset:
"For everyone born of God is victorious and overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has conquered and overcome the world—our [continuing, persistent] faith [in Jesus the Son of God." (1 John 5:4). It further governs perception, confidence, and spiritual operation. As a man thinks, so he becomes. Kingdom consciousness births boldness and clarity. Also read - Colossians 3:1-3, Proverbs 23:7.

5. Alignment:
Alignment is the integration and synchronization of one’s life with divine order, purpose, and timing. It requires surrender, obedience, and sensitivity to the Spirit. When aligned, the believer flows in harmony with heaven’s agenda.

"Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me: In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.
By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all." (Heb. 10:5-10)

Also read: Romans 8:14, Amos 3:3.

6. Activation:
Activation is the stirring and release of divine potentials, gifts, and graces deposited within the believer. It marks the transition from knowing to doing, where spiritual capacity becomes functional expression.

"This, the first of His signs (attesting miracles), Jesus did in Cana of Galilee, and revealed His glory [displaying His deity and His great power openly], and His disciples believed [confidently] in Him [as the Messiah—they adhered to, trusted in, and relied on Him]."
(John 2:11, AMP).

Also, 2 Timothy 1:6, James 1:22.

7. Dominion:
Dominion is the manifestation of sonship authority, where the believer governs circumstances through Christ. It reflects mastery over sin, systems, and spiritual forces by divine empowerment in breaking the limits, reversing the orders and systems and defying the odds. Dominion is the believer’s inheritance.

"Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way harm you.
(Luke 10:19, MSG).

"He replied, “You of little faith, why are you so afraid?” Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm The men were amazed and asked, “What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!” (Math. 6:26-27, NIV)

THE FOUR KINDS OF FAITH:

1. Saving Faith:
2. Staying/abiding Faith
3. Winning/Conquering/Overcoming
4. Believing/Receiving,:

Hebrews 11:1

AMPC - "Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality—faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.”

Three Parallels Drawn:
A. Substance (Foundation): Faith is not abstract—it gives present reality to future promises.

B. Evidence (Conviction): Faith produces inner certainty even when outward proof is absent.

C. Hope (Expectation): Faith stretches into the future but anchors the believer in God now.

1. Saving Faith:
This is the free gift of salvation it does not come by the will of man, it is the gift of grace that comes by election and predestination,. This is God's pre-rogative of mercy of Providence in all epochs and dispensation. Here we understand that lost humanity is incapable of responding to God, nor knowing him, nor reaching out to Him; rather in His mercy He finds them and empowers them to know Him and live right.

Saving faith is the foundation of all spiritual life. It is the faith that believes in Christ for salvation and receives the gift of eternal life. This faith is not based on works, merit, or human effort—it is a response to God’s grace. It involves trust, surrender, and confession. Through saving faith, a person is justified, reconciled to God, and made new. It is the doorway into the kingdom and the beginning of all other expressions of faith. Without this, no other dimension has legitimacy. It is simple yet powerful—believing that Jesus is Lord and that His sacrifice is sufficient.

"So the LORD said, “I will wipe from the face of the earth the human race I have created—and with them the animals, the birds and the creatures that move along the ground—for I regret that I have made them.” But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD." This is the account of Noah and his family. Noah was a righteous man, the only blameless person living on earth at the time, and he walked in close fellowship with God." (Gen. 6:7-9). Here, Noah was not exceptionally righteous, he was found by Grace: "But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD." - meaning God refused to count his sins and by mercy helped him.

"For the [remarkable, undeserved] grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men. It teaches us to reject ungodliness and worldly (immoral) desires, and to live sensible, upright, and godly lives [with a purpose that reflect spiritual maturity] in this present age," (Titus 2;11-12).

This scripture suggests that God's salvationary programme is for the entire human race and that everyone will have a shot on the call of Salvation; just like in the days of Noah an Ark was built that was capable of saving the entire human race that lived upon the face of the earth; but yet only Noah and family found GRACE) from
from God to be saved

Ephesians 2:8–9
Romans 10:9–10
John 3:16

2. Staying/abiding Faith: this is the kind of faith that helps a man to remain in God in spite of conflicting results...Pledging his FIDELITY to his Name - Job, "“Even though He kills me; I will hope in Him. Nevertheless, I will argue my ways to His face." (Job 13:15)

Abiding faith is the quiet strength that refuses to walk away from God when life contradicts His promises. It is not loud, but it is unshakable. This faith clings to God’s character when His actions seem unclear. Like Job, it holds on through pain, confusion, and silence, declaring loyalty beyond outcomes. It is the faith that remains when prayers seem unanswered and circumstances worsen. Abiding faith says, “Even here, God is still God.” It is the root system of the believer—hidden but sustaining life. Without it, no other dimension of faith can survive trials or endure seasons of divine testing.

Job 13:15
John 15:4
Hebrews 10:36

3. Winning/Conquering/Overcoming: This is the kind of faith that helps a man to stand strong during his trials and temptations whereby he is able to stand true to his seasons of test even in the worst case scenario of imminent danger or death

This is militant faith—the kind that stands its ground under pressure. It does not retreat in adversity but advances through it. Overcoming faith empowers a believer to resist temptation, endure persecution, and remain steadfast when everything is at stake. It thrives in battle, not comfort. This faith looks at opposition and declares victory before the outcome manifests. It is the force behind endurance in persecution and boldness in danger. Whether facing lions’ dens or fiery furnaces, this faith holds firm. It does not deny the storm—it dominates it by confidence in God’s supremacy over every situation.

1 John 5:4
Daniel 3:17–18
Ephesians 6:16

4. Believing/Receiving,: This is the faith required in obtaining the promised blessings

Believing / Receiving Faith
This is the faith that reaches out and takes hold of what God has promised. It is active, expectant, and responsive. It aligns the heart with God’s word and refuses doubt. Receiving faith does not beg—it believes and accepts. It is the channel through which divine promises become personal realities. This faith operates in prayer, declaration, and expectation. It sees God’s word as settled truth and acts accordingly. When a believer asks in faith, this dimension ensures that doubt does not corrupt the process. It is the bridge between promise and manifestation, turning divine provision into lived experience.

Mark 11:24
James 1:6–7
Matthew 21:22

Prayer Points:
1. Staying / Abiding Faith:
Lord, strengthen my heart to remain rooted in You, even when I do not understand Your ways.

Hebrews 10:23 (KJV)
“Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)”

2. Overcoming Faith:
Father, empower me with overcoming faith to stand firm in every trial and temptation.

1 John 5:4 (KJV)
“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.”

3. Believing / Receiving Faith:
I receive grace to believe without doubt and to lay hold of every promise You have spoken.

Mark 11:24 (KJV)
“What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.”

4. Revelation-Driven Faith:
Lord Jesus, deepen my revelation of You, that my faith may grow beyond circumstances.

Romans 10:17 (KJV)
“So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.”

5. Holy Spirit, activate in me a living, vibrant faith that produces visible results and glorifies God.

James 2:17 (KJV)
“Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.”
