Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant / Office Administrator to manage the efficiency of our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth communication across departments, providing excellent client support, and coordinating resources effectively.
This is a remote position, so the ability to work independently and stay self-motivated is essential.

Responsibilities
Manage communication channels to ensure effective internal and external coordination.
Oversee the maintenance and organization of digital files, office systems, and records.
Compute payroll taxes and perform tax-related calculations when required.
Prepare and process payroll, create and distribute payslips.
Schedule client meetings and support departmental communication.
Perform general administrative support tasks to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications
HND, OND, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Key Skills
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to handle client information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Proficiency with office equipment and digital tools.
Knowledge of basic payroll and tax computations.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
