When Precious enrolled for our Data Analytics program, she wasn’t trying to change who she was but she was expanding what she could do.

As a police officer, data analytics wasn’t part of her daily responsibilities. In fact, she admits that Excel felt overwhelming when she started. But with consistency, guidance, and hands-on learning, she completed the program and built a final project analyzing a company’s business performance, identifying the reasons behind a drop in revenue and turning data into actionable insights.

A new month is a good reminder that big ideas often start with solving one problem.

For years, millions of Nigerians living abroad struggled to access Nollywood movies. Instead of accepting it as the norm, Jason Njoku jasonnjoku identified the gap and co-founded iROKOtv, creating a platform that made Nigerian films accessible to audiences across the globe.

His journey is a reminder that innovation isn’t always about inventing something completely new. Sometimes, it’s about recognizing a challenge, creating a solution, and executing it consistently.
