*My brother Albert's take on the last writeup*
Note: From a men's view point, being industrious does not really keep any man, unless he's just a low low life, n a gold digger. The best marriages in our societies are those that were really hitched on pure mutual love, respect, n understanding. If a man doesn't love you in the real sense of "LOVE" that's all encompassing, if you like, become bulldozer, n demolish the highest mountain, you'd be utterly invincible, inconsequential, n slaving in his eyes. For instance, Our late Sister AMAKA, was such one. Was she not resourceful, than the mugu her husband went for? Most women who work, stress dawn to dusk, still get themselves battered/bruised every now, n then, n are in majority of cases their hard end money, is forcefully taken from them, n used to keep the vagabonds.. Who'd, or been most resourceful than those, but we hear all manner of domestic maltreatment. In the other hand, you c some men, would even abandon their resourceful spouses. So, back to Moses's case, it was not a case being resourceful by Rachael, but a case of "love at first sight" but instead of giving her to Moses as was agreed, n he served/worked for, but his father in-law tricked him with Leah instead, at the wedding night. N as it's the custom, Moses having unveiled her, n found that, there was no going back. Leah, was the senior, daughter, n for her path, was equally resourceful,(Home keeping, n management, n handling all the house caring chores) though, but Moses played along with his father in-law, n actually worked extra years, just for that singular reason, "love" for Rachael. So, my dear, being resourceful really, is not a yardstick, n can't be greater than having children. They're homes, were men would insist their wives would not engage in work of any kind, n they last till old age. If a man don't have an iota of love for you, if you like, let your being resourceful stretch to the end of the earth, it'd be just a flash in the pan. Majority of instances, this resourcefulness happens: 'post - marriage, n not pre - marriage. Let's be guided. Thank you.
