If death was a person, I'll confront him

I'll lock us in, Death, you and I,
In a room where shadows come to die.
No escape, no respite, no gentle breeze,
Just you, me, and the weight of mortal pleas.

From dusk's dark corners, I'll demand,
"Why take the ones we love, leaving scars that expand?"
From crannies of forgotten memories,
I'll unearth the pain of departed harmonies.

At earth's edge, where sun dips into night,
I'll ask, "Why sn**ch lives in their prime's light?"
What criteria guide your silent hand?
What balance do you seek in life's fragile stand?

In this confinement, I'll probe and pry,
Seeking answers to life's most haunting why.

SAY NO TO WRONG MINDSET

Humans do take decisions based on their current psychological state, that is the mind. Decisions making and action taking is based on the mindset because our minds gives us foresight of most outcomes in our subconsciousness.

Having a wrong mindset begat wrong decisions and influence. The mind controls the activeness and inactiveness of a person. It houses and process our thoughts, so therefore we ought to give ourselves the best positive vibes and assurance ever.

Don't be pessimistic, try that task, shoot at your goals!.

KEEPING RELATIONSHIP

How do you intend keeping a relationship without fault or derail after sometime?

Having a relationship is of importance and keeping the relationship is of more importance. Are you a kind of person that believes the running of a relationship is a one way thing? It isn't, it is of vice versa.

Love should rule and reign in every relationship for a way forward, sincere love should be felt and seen in our actions and behaviour towards the betterment and continuity of the relationship.

The individuals in the relationship should always have something to offer to each other to avoid a parasitic relationship. For example, not every person full of potentials would want to be in a relationship with an aimless person.

To you out there without aim looking for a way forward of a derailed relationship get up, make plans, set goals and work towards the achievement of the goals by all means, have something to offer.

Agreement is said to be one of the stronghold in every aspect of relationship. It acts as a platform on which the two parties stand on.

Take note, if you are in a relationship already or about going into one, agreement should be made in order to curtail the actions to be carried out by two parties.

Above all, effective communication is one key that supersedes the above listed keys in a relationship. Endeavour to relate well with your partner to know about his or her welfare.

😁SELF RESPECT😁

Chiam went to a birthday party of her course mate Alexa, looking 'good', at least to herself.

from her heart stinging cologne, her red body hug dinner gown and her coiled spangatti peruvian weavon, she looked HOT AND SEXY (these were the exact words she said to herself on the mirror).

And she believed that as she steps into the party, all eyes in the party are supposed to be looked on her, undistracted (A for audacity 😂).

At the gate, She was so so nervous to go in that as she was opening the gate her hands were shacking and her black purse she held to match her black exotic heels almost fell off.

finally she opened the gate and the dazzling yellow morning sun uncloaked her beauty to the party.

Suddenly, all eyes, I mean all eyes, turned and were glued on her. (As expected 😂)

At that moment, she felt like she was on air and her squared shoulders was her pilot.

At that same moment, she had option to walk in with that 'shaking hands and legs' at the gate afraid to go in, she had the option to act shy, obviously she was nervous, really nervous.

But she choose the hard path to follow. She walked in confidently, slay her self out and catwalked to the floor so exquisitely that she was ushered to a sit at the VIP.

There were more than enough people who wore clothes more expensive and exotic than hers , but she was the center of attraction AND RESPECTED, because of the way she carried herself with elegance and RESPECT.

IF THEY HAD KNOWN THAT THE GOWN SHE WAS SLAYING ON WAS AN OKIRIKA 🤔🤔🤔🤔.

Now this is self respect.

If you don't give yourself the respect you deserve who will?

If you don't compliment and hype yourself, who will?

Lemme tell you ehn, never give anyone the right to disrespect you, including yourself.

Because what you sell is what they will buy.

SELF RESPECT 🙇🙇

Self respect means acknowledging your own feelings, traditions and rights, and to live with pride and confidence in yourself. It’s all about how you feel about your relationship with yourself.

It’s called “self” respect for a reason, it’s not determined how much other people respect you, it’s not even about what other people think is respectful. It’s all about you- how much you value yourself and how you feel about the decisions you make.

Self-respect means that you get to choose what you value and what you don’t. Its important to remember that other people’s idea of self-respect might be different to yours, but that doesn’t mean anyone is more “correct” than the other. But what isn’t okay is judging someone based on what we feel is respectable.

Self-respect is also about knowing that not everyone will treat you well, but still choosing to respect everyone else regardless of that, because it’s the right thing to do. But this doesn’t mean you should accept less than your worth, it only means that you learn to forgive and let go of anger towards others because you want to live a more free, positive life.

At the end of the day, it’s comes down to being the kind of person that you are proud of. Sure, we all make mistakes in our lives that we aren’t proud of, but self-respect is choosing not to let those mistakes define you, and working towards being better in your life.

Respect means to acknowledge (recognise and accept) the feelings, traditions or rights of others. This is important part of how we as people live together in society.

Socialization works along side with communication ability, if people fail to interact socialization will not work.

Though socialization can be hard for those with temperament issues.

For an introvert it is a case of being overly seclusive and reserved, whereas an extrovert may be talkative and mouthed.

These are two different personalities and for communication to take place there must be understanding.

Mind you, socialization is not solely on the fun derived. Values are gotten also. Collaboration works by socialization, without socializing ideas can't be shared.

Socialization moves you an inch from your comfort. Tolerance and understanding should be the bedrock.
