🌟 STRATEGIC HOTSPOT MEETING 🌟

Dr. Stephanie in conjunction with The Bridge Circle met with our Management Team and Department Representatives ahead of the new session.

It was a time of unlearning old patterns and relearning better ways to serve our parents and children.

We were taught on:
1. Emotional Intelligence
2. The Teacher Beyond the Classroom
3. Relationship Intelligence
4. Behavioural Dynamics

Key Takeaway: Relationship is not just about marriage. It’s in our work, church, market, and community. To serve better, we must relate better.

In Summary: Great service starts with emotional maturity, extends beyond the classroom, is built on strong relationships, and is proven through better behaviour.

The meeting ended on a sweet note with a sumptuous meal 😍
