Follow who know road, but know that everyone has his/her own path way.

Be mindful not to follow who has found his/her own way and you forget yours.

Find your voice and shout it out loud for the world to hear.

I am of the school of thought that no two persons have same pathway in life.

One mistake we make is always comparing ourselves *WRONGLY*

There are healthy comparisons but we should learn to distinguish between comparing to satisfy our selfish desires and comparing to grow.

Avoid comparing your chapter 1 to someone's chapter 10. This is a big hindrance to moving forward.

January is over, February has just begun.

Out of the 365 days in 2022, 31 days is gone remaining 334 days.

It's still not late to start and achieve your dreams.

This month, I urge us to deal more with our focus and not with our time.

Let your focus be on that one thing that your heart beats for and see if February won't be an awesome month for you.

Happy new month.

Work harder every day to be better than you yesterday.

Let the competition be between you and yourself.

Break your records daily and you will end up breaking others records without you thinking about it.

So I am led to say this as it has been encrypted in my spirit.

Quoting from the bible, as it is read in the "Contemporary English Version", Habbakuk 2:2.

*Then the Lord told me " I will give you my message in the form of a vision. Write it clearly enough to read at a glance.*

The vision according to the passage, will be *given to you* and not to anybody and you have to *write it clearly because you are the one who sees it*.

_We can all attest to the fact that we have received many visions throughout the time we have spent on earth till now but we have lost them because we didn't write them down._

If you haven't written down the plan or vision for 2022, for you to clearly understand it when you read it, so you can work with it and make strategic moves, I can assure you that the chances that you will end the year the same as every other year's or worse is high (probably 90%).

*I believe in miracles but note that we have to make these miracles come.*

Remember _"faith without works is dead"._

You have to plan with time and *learn to utilize the smallest quantity of time.* If you can draft your plans to follow every second in a day then you are sure of always having a fulfilled day (a secret of happy people).

_It is awesome to plan for 5 years (long term) or even 1 year (still long term) but if you don't narrow that plan down to a monthly target or even daily if you can and run with it, *the plan might eventually turn to a wish*._

*Give it a try*

Do you have a long term plan or goal, narrow the roadmap to first become a year plan, then monthly. If you want a massive and timely result, draw it down to a daily target.

January isn't over yet. Include it in your monthly target. Kill procrastination and build a mind resistance against giving up in times of challenges. Then run with it.

*What do I do?*

*_1. Don't leave the plan in your head. Write it down on paper and keep it where you can see it daily. (5 years target if possible)_*

*_2. Narrow the plan to a yearly target, then monthly and finally daily target._*

*_3. Have a register where you tick and record your progress, success and failures._*

*_4. Bring your tithes to me when you hit the big bang in no time._*

Dear parents

Because you enrol your child in an expensive school doesn't mean their content is rich or your child is learning.

Check your child's work regularly and don't wait till the result is out after 3 months.

Most times, such as wait can't be remedied or will take extra work to remedy.

What makes a new month happy is when the previous month was a success

Or

When we moved and not just survived the previous month.

We have forgotten that a new month always draws the year closer to its end.

I want to charge you today to make this new month different from all others.

Set out your goals and aspirations for this month but let them be linked to the bigger picture.

Success is not luck. Success is a deliberate action that is triggered by planning and persistence.

At the start of something, it may seem like it's a failure.

It's ok to feel down, but keep moving and one day when you least expect it, it will explode.

Your salary shouldn't be your major source of income if not you are marked for poverty in the long run especially when it is for a private firm that you work with.
