Mr & Mrs Fred had no children for some years simply because Mrs Fred said she can not go through the stress of carrying a child in her precious womb.

After some years, they finally decided to hire a surrogate mother. They arranged with a teenager, miss Bisi, who would carry the baby fertilized with Mr Fred’s s***m & Mrs Fred’s egg...
..the whole process was done secretly...

In addition, they agreed that Bisi would Nurse the baby for a year before handing it over...

However, after the child’s first birthday Bisi refused to give the child to Mr & Mrs Fred, claiming that it’s her child and that she went through pains & difficulty and cannot give away her first child.

She even returned the money Mr & Mrs Fred paid her.

Mr and Mrs Fred decided to sue her.
