Calvary greeting to our esteemed parents. We appreciate your contributions towards the smooth and successful running of the just concluded term. As we embark on this holiday , we pray that God’s blessing and favor will rest on your you and your family, Amen.

We wish to use this medium to inform you of the following;

School Fees Drive
Our first school fees drive will now be on the 5th week after resumption and the second drive will be on the 8th week after Mid-term break.
Note: any child oweing the school will not be allowed to write the examination.

Pick-Up of Kids
The school will no longer tolerate unauthorized persons picking up pupils after school. Only person’s indicated in the registration form but if for any reason there is a change the school should be notified early. And the person must come with the “Pick-up card /ID card”.

Class Practical
The classes will be embarking on different practicals next term which will attract a fee of #800 per child
Note: All Parents should please get apron and chef cap for their children for the next term.

Creative Writing Club
The school creative writing club is taking its activities to a higher level this term and to enable this work effectively, the pupils of grade 3 and 4 are to pay a fee of #800.
The grade 5 pupils will be having a project on the creative writing (story book writing), to this effect, the pupils are to pay #1000. The best story book project will be published and launched during the graduation celebration.

Graduation/End Of Session Party
The graduation party to be held at the end of the session { end of next term) graduands (I.e. nursery 2 and grade 5) are to pay the sum of #4500, while non-graduands are paying #2500.

Punctuality
The school has decided to enforce her policy of closing the school gate at 8.05am. once it is 8.05am the school gate will be locked and No pupil will be allowed into the school premises
