SMART MONEY CONCEPTS TRADING STRATEGY

1. Market Structure

[i] Identify overall trend (bullish / bearish / ranging).

[ii] Confirm BOS (Break of Structure) or CHoCH (Change of Character).

[iii] Check for HH/HL in uptrend or LH/LL in downtrend.

2. Liquidity

[i] Spot liquidity zones (equal highs/lows, trendline liquidity).

[ii] Look for stop-hunt areas above/below key levels.

[iii] Confirm if liquidity has been swept before entry.

3. Supply & Demand Zones

[i] Mark valid demand/supply zones (with imbalance/strong displacement).

[ii] Confirm if price returns to mitigate the zone.

[iii] Ensure higher timeframe zone aligns with entry timeframe.

4. Order Blocks

[i] Identify last bullish/bearish candle before impulsive move.

[ii] Check if OB is fresh (untouched).

[iii] Align OB with liquidity sweep.

5. Entry Triggers

[i] Wait for confirmation (BOS/CHoCH on lower timeframe).

[ii] Enter on mitigation of OB/zone.

[iii] Look for imbalance or FVG (Fair Value Gap) confluence.

6. Risk Management

[i] SL placed just above/below invalidation point.

[ii] RR minimum 1:3 or according to plan.

[iii] Risk ≤ 1–2% of account per trade.

7. Trade Management

[i] Partial TP at key liquidity points.

[ii] Move SL to breakeven after structure shift.

[iii] Trail position if trend continues.
