Getting REAL WITH ADA

HE IS ONLY A CHILD:
This is one common defensive statement parents make that ruins a child. ".....one single button on my suit can buy 5 clothes for you..." the child in question covered his face in shame & tears when other children who heard that started laughing at him.

That is ARROGANCE, PRIDE, RUDE & INSENSITIVE. Who raised such a child? Rather than scolding a tender minded DEPENDENT minor, his parent would trivialize it, tap his back & see it as being bold & declare👉 "he's only a child".

We should be mindful of who we raise to live among others to avoid training a dog that bites the owner at full age. It's easier to change a CHILD than an adult. Successful parenting is a tasks.

ALL ATTENTION ON THE GIRL CHILD:
Days are gone when it's all about our female children. The male children are going through a lot of issues with little or no parental attention. As a committed parent do not relax when they are or visit their fellow boys, uncles & school mates. Pay close attention as well. Some mature men are becoming wicked, demonic & inconsiderate. Young men, peer groups, age mates also share a lot, which include THE GOOD, THE BAD & THE UGLY , endeavor to be part of it as a paren, to aid you identify the "things" available to be SHARED with your child. Please be intentional.

SELFISH LOVING PARENT:
It hurts to see what parents go through for their children, yet, they're VERY SELFISH to the same children. Those times you don't care what you do, post, or share on social media to make money to meet your immediate needs without minding if your children can stand the shame when they're of age, you're SELFISH

When your interest is to attract public validation on all sorts without giving a thought about your reputation after the season and if your children will be PROUD to introduce you as their parent, you're SELFISH. Your interest is only on what you gain, not minding the social, emotional, or moral PRICE your children stand to PAY, it's very inconsiderate.

GREAT PARENTS ARE CONSCIOUS:
As much as we work so hard to ensure our children do not experience some pains we went through while growing up, be smart to make them realize how hard you work to provide the comfort they enjoy. Create delay sometimes to teach them, expose them to discomfort sometimes to kill pride & arrogance. When you do these, you only make them realize the difference between PRIVILEGES & RIGHT. Prepare them for the future when you'll not ALWAYS be there.

PRIVATE COACHING & THE LEARNERS KNOWLEDGE:
Amazing method to assist our children in areas of academic deficiencies, but, dear parents, it's not enough to engage a private teacher to aid your child, do well to check what they are being taught "PRIVATELY" & what the child is WILLING to learn. Every knowledge/information has an impact targeting a child 's future towards GREATNESS OR DEMISE. Times have changed. Be an intentional parent, be REALISTIC & let's do it together...

GREATEST VALENTINE GIFT SO IGNORED:
This gift looks small but highly valuable to as many that pay attention to it. As the world has recognized this day , pay attention to your family, your presence is the greatest gift of love you can offer to your children. Fortunately, it falls on a weekend, no matter how busy you may claim to be, make INTENTIONAL SACRIFICE & create a LOVELY MEMORY this day. There's no magic to a successful parenting than being REAL to your family.

THE LORD WILL LEAD OUR PATHS THIS YEAR. HE'LL RENEW STRENGTH,WISDOM, RESOURCES & HEALTH TO EVERY PARENT. OUR CHILDREN WILL START & FINISH WELL. NON OF THEM SHALL BE FOUND MISSING IN JESUS NAME....AMEN. HAPPY NEW YEAR.

HURT BY THE HANDS THAT ARE MEANT TO PROTECT:
This is the moment when parents lift their hands in ANGER, frustration & impulse against their children. Many have caused permanent pain or damage on these children out of UNCONTROLABLE anger. The intention is to correct not to destroy that which we work so hard to nurture. My father of blessed memory once described anger as a TEMPORARY madness, a BURNING FLAME that cooks no food & A FAST SERVANT that needs no salary. Let's be guided when we intend to DISCIPLINE.

WISEST INVESTMENT FOR OUR CHILDREN:

On this note our minds rush to money, landed properties and material acquisitions... The best investment for our children is OUR LIVES as parents. Invest whatever it takes to maintain GOOD HEALTH & live for them. Only very few are lucky to be raised PROPERLY by good uncles, aunties, step fathers or mothers. Identify and respect your body languages -Rest when you need to rest, eat well and healthy foods, take a BREAK when you need to, avoid unnecessary pressure & ensure YOU ARE ALIVE FOR YOUR CHILDREN . Your life is the REAL best you can offer them as a parent...... Good Luck!

On a casual hunt for money to enjoy the weekend by some security agents (police), irresponsible appearances have landed many behind bars & Some parents would call it "TRENDS". wake up & stop your child to avoid " You! come down, driver go". DRESSING IS A COMMUNICATION. Let's check what our children are communicating through their dressing. Be an intentional parent, be, sensitive & be REAL.. Heaven will back you up.
