Give them the importance that they desire and you'll win their heart.

• Smile when you meet them.

• Pay attention to them when they speak.

• Nod your head as they speak and maintain eye contact.

• Agree with them. There's no point arguing. Nobody wins a trophy by argument.

• Compliment them for their look, composure, grammar, anything. Just make them feel great.
