One of my class mates asked me a question during break period, she said:
"Heritage, you are intelligent and talented! Apparently, you are the most intelligent student in this class. My question is that, what are the secrets of your outstanding performance?"
I said to her, "I am not the most intelligent student but I think without missing words, I am the most hardworking student in this class."
That was my sincere response to her!
I went deeper to say to her, "Every outstanding student you know are hardworking people".
Success is not achieveable without hard work.
My father will always say to me, " Work so that things can work for you."
He would say, "Nothing will work until you work."
There is no accidental success anywhere in the world. Success is not accidental. Success is deliberate. If you don't plan and work for it, it cannot be achieved.
I am not the MOST INTELLIGENT student but I am the MOST HARDWORKING student in my class. Hard work is the secret of outstanding performance.
I sacrificed the best of my time to learn and improve daily. I read, study and research everyday. I am focus and I give undivided attention to learning. That's hard work!
I engage in about 4 to 5 hours personal study daily. I am intentional and deliberate about it. That's hard work!
I read and study in advance. I don't like when a topic is strange to him. I read ahead. I always make sure I study a particular topic before it will be taught and treated generally in class. That's intentional hard work!
I don't play when it's time to study. I don't visit when it's time to read. I don't sleep when it's time for learning. There's time for everything. That's hard work!
I ended with my friend with this statement: " Successful students are not necessarily the most talented people but the most hardworking people."
The secret of great people lies in daily routine. If you can do what I am doing you will have the same results.
