Congratulations to Our One Day Principal, Miss Balogun Maryam.

On November 12, 2025, Miss Balogun Maryam, SS 3F, was crowned the winner of the One Day Principal competition, an initiative of our beloved Principal, Dr. Suliyat Ajoke Ogungboyega JIM SALAAM.

This competition, now in its third edition, is a testament to Dr. Ogungboyega's unwavering commitment to nurturing leadership skills and empowering students to reach their full potential. As a visionary leader, she has created an environment where students can thrive, grow, and showcase their talents.

Over 300 students participated in the competition, undergoing rigorous testing in academics, morals, and leadership ability. The journey was not easy, but 17 students made it to the second round, with Maryam topping the score chart. The final round saw 3 talented students vying for the top spot, and Maryam emerged victorious.

As the One Day Principal, Maryam truly lived the experience. She took the reins of the Principal's office, tackling administrative duties with confidence and poise. She visited various departments, engaging with staff and students alike, and even held meetings with staff members to discuss key issues. Her day as Principal also took her to classrooms, where she inspected and interacted with students, sharing words of encouragement and wisdom. And of course, she made time for photo ops with staff, creating memories that will last a lifetime.

We applaud Dr. Ogungboyega for her innovative approach to education and leadership development. Her dedication to our school's growth and success is truly inspiring.
